The spacious living room welcomes guests with its inviting ambiance, boasting a cozy fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and a pullout sleeper sofa, creating a comfortable area for relaxation and entertainment.
The full kitchen, equipped with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, offers the perfect setting for culinary adventures. The adjacent dining area features wrap-around bench seating, providing ample space for guests to gather and enjoy meals while relishing scenic lake views.
The bedrooms are elegantly appointed to ensure a restful stay. Bedroom one and two boast king-sized beds, offering comfort and tranquility. Bedroom one additionally features an en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, providing convenience and privacy. Bedroom three offers two twin beds, creating a versatile sleeping arrangement, and shares a well-appointed bathroom with bedroom two.
Stepping outside, the outdoor space is an absolute delight. Multiple patio areas provide plenty of opportunities for outdoor relaxation and entertainment. The spacious yard extends gracefully to the waterfront dock, offering stunning views of Lake McQueeney. We're delighted to welcome furry friends! This property is pet-friendly for dogs, unfortunately we can't accommodate cats at this time.
-Pet fee(s) of $115+tax will apply in addition to the nightly rate.
-Please check the weight limit and max number allowed for this unit.
-Please keep your pups leashed outside and clean up after them.
-A separate pet waiver must be signed.
-Any and all damages or issues caused by your pet to a unit or furnishing will be immediately charged to your credit card on file.

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $53 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

The Neighborhood:
Lake McQueeney is a 400-acre lake and is located 5 miles west of Seguin in Guadalupe county. Visitors are able to fish, boat, and swim as the lake is maintained at a constant level year round.
