Villa ASTERA is a newly built accommodation located in Seget Donji near Trogir town and offers a very comfortable and spacious interior of 328 sqm located on a fenced plot of 501 sqm. It offers all needed for a perfect and relaxed vacation for a maximum of 8 people, and it is furnished with high-quality, bedrooms with very comfortable mattresses, it is fully air-conditioned and with free Wi-Fi. Organized on 3 levels, villa Astera offers 4 bedrooms, two fully equipped living areas, a private swimming pool with a sun deck area, and here is an amazing sea view from the whole property. There are 3 parking spaces secured on the private property - fenced.

* The lower ground floor (swimming pool level) is approached by an internal staircase from the ground floor (parking lot level) and it offers: A fully air-conditioned, fully equipped Kitchen with a kitchen island, a wine cooler, dining area with a table and direct approach to the pool area and outdoor dining area. A Bedroom No1 (South) with a double bed 160cm x 200cm, A/C, a TV, and a direct exit to the pool area. There is a Family bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The laundry, washing machine, dryer, and ironing amenities are in the hallway. Upstairs with the internal staircase takes you to the ground floor level with the living room and another kitchen.
* The Swimming pool area is directly approached from the lower ground floor and it offers a private and heated swimming pool 8,3m x 3,4m with a no-Chlorine system. A sun deck area with 8 deck chairs, a lounge corner, a covered Dining table with a Barbecue (woods and/or charcoal), a gas Grill, outdoor table tennis for some fun (can be at the parking lot) and there is also an outdoor shower.
* The Ground floor (parking level) offers a very spacious living room with a flat-screen TV, A/C, a PlayStation 4, a fireplace, a sofa, amazing sea views, and a pool view. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island, all the needed amenities a modern guest needs for daily use, an espresso coffee machine (in both kitchens), and a dining area with open sea views. There is a separate toilet on the ground floor level.
* The First floor offers Bedroom No2 (North-East) with a king-size bed 180cmx 200cm, a TV, air-conditioning, and sea views. A separate toilet is in the hallway. A Master Bedroom No3 (South) with a king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, a TV, Air-conditioning, an en-suite Bathroom with a double sink, a shower, and a bathtub with sea views. You can often see local people returning from fishing in the old harbor. Around the village, there are many agricultural treasures where you can see how products are grown and taken care of.

You can take a tour of Krka waterfalls, you can take a Boat tour to nearby islands. There are some must-visit locations like for sure the UNESCO town Trogir (7km) which is sometimes called a city museum because of its rich cultural heritage and intact authentic architecture. Then a famous town Split (30km) with its great historical attractions like Diocletian Palace and old town, protected by UNESCO.
