The luxurious Villa Excellence is located in the charming town of Seget Vranjica, blending modern architecture with a natural setting perfectly. Built in 2022, it boasts an impressive 340 m2 of living space on a 1150 m2 property. The villa accommodates up to 10 guests and is ideal for 8. Situated just 400 meters from the sea and 700 meters from a picturesque pebble beach, it offers the perfect spot to enjoy the crystal-clear waters of the Adriatic Sea.

The villa spans two floors, with a contemporary interior that will captivate every guest. The ground floor features a spacious living room with a comfortable corner sofa, a modern TV, and access to a large outdoor terrace. The fully equipped kitchen with a dining area is perfect for family meals and gatherings. The outdoor area is an oasis of relaxation, boasting a 48 m2 heated swimming pool, sun loungers, a barbecue, and a children’s play area – ideal for enjoying the open air.

The upper floor offers four elegantly designed bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring ultimate comfort and privacy. Two of the bedrooms are additionally equipped with single beds measuring 90x200 cm. Three spacious terraces on the upper floor provide the perfect setting for morning coffee, relaxation, or quiet reading.

Villa Excellence pays attention to every detail, offering additional amenities such as a washing machine, dryer, iron, high chair, and baby cot. A Bluetooth streaming option ensures you can enjoy your favorite music during your stay.

The villa offers sea views from the living room, dining area, kitchen, and three of the bedrooms, as well as from the covered terrace with an outdoor dining table. The entire property is fenced, ensuring complete privacy, and guests have access to two closed garages and three additional parking spaces.

This villa sets a new standard in luxury accommodation, welcoming each guest with a special gift. Located in the picturesque Seget Vranjica, a small peninsula surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, vineyards, and olive groves, the villa offers an idyllic environment for relaxation, walks, and cycling adventures. The proximity to numerous islands allows for exciting boat trips, and a regular boat line connects Seget Vranjica with the historic town of Trogir, just 5 km away.
