You'll love to stay in this cozy studio, located on the third floor of a private house.

It has a balcony with table and chairs and the beautiful sea view.

Studio is air-conditioned, has kitchen and flat screen TV with satellite channels.

Kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, kettle, coffee-maker and fridge with freezer.

For sleeping there is one comfortable king size bed.

We provide an outside fireplace in the garden, free to use and shared with guests of our other two units.

You also get a free parking spot in the yard of the house, Wi-Fi high-speed internet, clean linen and towels, all free of charge.

Baby cot can also be arranged free of charge, please contact in advance.

**** House rules:

This is a smoke free studio. You can smoke on the balcony.

Certain pets are allowed, please contact in advance.

We expect normal house behavior - watch not to break anything, leave the studio tidy and don't make noise to other people in the house.

Except that - just enjoy your stay here!

Check in time is 2 pm (14:00), check out 10:00 am, flexible if possible.


**** Guest access:

You will have exclusive access to the studio and its balcony.

You will also get a free parking spot in the yard of the house.

Garden and outside fireplace is shared with guests of our other two units.

Seget Vranjica is located about 5 kilometers from UNESCO protected Trogir and 30 kilometers from the Split.

The small peninsula is full of beautiful sandy and rocky beaches with unforgettable views of the Adriatic islands of Šolta and Drvenik.

Seget Vranjica is a suitable destination for those who want a quieter vacation, away from the hustle and bustle of larger tourist towns.

The surrounding area is characterized by lush Mediterranean vegetation, centuries-old vineyards and olive groves suitable for walking and cycling. There are numerous islands and islets nearby, ideal for boat or sailboat excursions.
