GLÜCKSMOMENT" maisonette apartment: Harmonious refuge for creative time out

Surrounded by plenty of fresh air and green meadows, we have created a little wellness oasis in Kraiham near Seekirchen. A wonderful place to relax and recharge your energy. The accommodation is modern, cozy, and fully furnished.

The Accommodation
Our accommodation "GLÜCKSMOMENT" is generously built across three floors and impressively designed in a "different" way.

Upon entering the house, a hallway that leads to various living units takes you to a large glass entrance door—your "moment of happiness" for the duration of your stay. In the entrance area, you will find the wardrobe, a guest toilet, and a large bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Going up the stairs, you reach an open and friendly living area with a kitchen and bar. The centerpiece of this room is the dining table, which comfortably seats 8 people. On this floor, there are three additional bedrooms, a bathroom, and access to the terrace (with dining table and chairs // terrace furniture is available from May to September, depending on the weather and temperature). A staircase, separated only by glass, in the middle of the room leads to the attic. A wooden vaulted ceiling creates an absolute feel-good atmosphere. On one side of the room, there is a large styling area with two tables and illuminated mirrors. In the center, there is a cozy couch with a TV. On the other side, separated by a floor-to-ceiling glass wall, there is a study with a desk.

Our communal pool area features a solar-heated pool (10x5 m) with seating and sun loungers for a relaxing time in the sun. The pool is open from May until the end of August (daily from 8 AM to 8 PM), depending on the weather and outside temperature. The pool area is accessible to all guests in our house, which contains three bookable accommodations, and is shared.

In our accommodation, you will find everything you need for your daily requirements. You only need to bring your personal items, cosmetics, and groceries. Of course, Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

To ensure a pleasant coexistence, we kindly ask you to strictly observe the quiet hours from 12-2 PM and 10 PM-8 AM. Parties or events in our accommodation are not permitted.

Additional Important Notes
Our accommodation "GLÜCKSMOMENT" features its own styling area in the attic. On two makeup/styling tables with illuminated mirrors, you have plenty of space to prepare for your day or evening.

Our laundry facilities are available to you upon request. If you would like to use them, we will gladly reserve a 4-hour laundry slot for you and provide detergent as well as a drying rack. A fee of 20 EUR is charged for the use of the facilities for 4 hours.

A flat fee of 30 EUR per stay will be charged for reserving a travel baby cot and a high chair, including bedding, prior to your arrival. Please contact us in advance.

The E-charging station at the parking lot is available to you upon request. The fee is 0.75 EUR per kilowatt-hour for charging your car.
