Two safe and convenient parking spots. There were utensils in the kitchen that we used to eat in when we didn’t want to eat out (a big plus!). A/C was great and lots of hot water. Despite being in Uptown, the nights were quiet. The housekeeper (Joseline) was wonderful.

Perfect for a 4 day trip. Right in the heart of uptown Sedona and very walkable to majority of what the town has to offer. Easy to get to and park. Comfortable lodgings and easy to communicate. Highly recommend!

Kitchen and bathroom well supplied (didn’t do any cooking with one night stay). Home was very tidy and clean. Very quiet area, parking space off street appreciated. Several issues that were unsatisfactory: 1. Flooring was cold, no area rugs anywhere, not even in bathroom. 2. No bedding for sleeper couch in living room other than a fitted sheet and a small “throw” blanket. 3. Heating units on wall were noisy, on and off all night, difficult to sleep.

If you are considering, book it! Wonderful space which was exceptionally clean, comfortable and very stylish. You will be very close walking distance to uptown Sedona which is a huge plus. We would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay. Bigger space than I expected. Fun location in a neighborhood and short walk to food, etc. Comfortable bed and sofa to sleep on. Super easy key pad for entry and locking door. Fun outdoor front space to sit with coffee. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay in this home; clean, well-equipped, quiet and, best of all: location! A couple of blocks from all the action of uptown Sedona. Designated parking so after our hikes we could park and easily walk to restaurants, shops, etc. We really enjoyed the space and conveniences.

The property was in an excellent location but these old eyes found it a bit dark. Our host had everything spic and span. The fireplace was great, the coffee was nice to have by the ready, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom, according to the better half, was not bright enough for makeup. Would have been nice to have a TV in the bedroom, but we were probably better off without.

We didn’t actually get to stay in this unit due to a roof leak from all the rain Sedona was having. The host was gracious enough to let us stay in the unit next door. That unit was beautiful and well maintained. We loved it! The location is perfect to get anywhere I Sedona as it’s centrally located. The only issue we had was that we got kicked out after the first night because they had other guests coming to stay. So unfortunately we had to find a different last minute booking same day that was definitely not as nice nor as perfectly located as this rental. The host did make it right and while it wasn’t the hosts fault that this happened it was very stressful for us and a really unfortunate way to spend the beginning of our short and much needed vacation. All in all, fantastic host and fantastic rental but minus a star due to the experience. We would definitely stay here again if we ever go back to Sedona.

Even nicer than advertised

The property it was perfectly locate it in uptown. Sedona, where was it easy to access all the shops, restaurants and galleries. Sitting outside on the front patio in the shade was comfortable early in the morning, and fell into shade pretty early in the day. On the inside, the property was beautiful, stylish, comfortable and just the right size for two people. The kitchen had every convenience. You could ask for and the bathroom was also very well appointed and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the bedroom featured a very large walk in closet. We really enjoyed our stay, and look forward to visiting Sedona and staying at this property again next year.
