This is the ideal spot to host your next retreat, business trip, or family reunion; with plenty of space to spread out.
Located in the heart of Sedona, walk to trails or take a short drive to town.
This space includes two completely separate 3 bedroom, 2 bath homes that are next door to each other at the end of a cul-de-sac. Each space is set up as a rental home and includes all of the essentials such as high-end bedding & towels, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchens, and quality furnishings. The homes are stocked with starter sets of basic cooking supplies, paper products, k-cups & sweeteners, and cleaning supplies. Both homes are newly constructed and feature high ceilings throughout the living spaces and bedrooms.

Plus, the shuttle for many popular trails in town such as Devils Bridge, Cathedral Rock, and Seven Pools starts at the Posse Grounds Park & Ride.
The guests will have access to two entire homes. The only spaces that are restricted from guests are locked supply closets located in the home.
We are not located onsite but are available remotely or locally as needed.
The two homes are located next door to each other in a quiet neighborhood in West Sedona. We are located within minutes to all of the essentials; including Whole Foods, Basha's, & Safeway, Starbucks, & CVS. We are close by to many restaurants, cafe's, tourist attractions, hiking & biking trails, art galleries, boutique shops, bike/ATV rentals, yoga, and more!
From House #2, walk on the private backyard trail to Posse Ground Park - Fitness trail with equipment, Ramadaâs, barbecues, playgrounds, sand volleyball, horseshoes, soccer field, softball diamond, restrooms, bocce ball court, tennis courts, pickle ball, basketball, public swimming pool, HUB rental with great views for an unique special occasion, Pavilion with a performing stage, skate park, mountain bike park and trails, hiking trails.
Nearby Hiking Trails: Sunrise, Thunder Mountain, Coffee Pot Rock, Chimney Rock, Sugarloaf and Sugarloaf Summit, Adobe Jack, Soldiers Pass, Devils Bridge, Airport Mesa.
A car is recommended for traveling around Sedona. The home is walkable to Posse Grounds Park through a private trail in the backyard. Within a short drive, guests may access grocery stores, restaurants, art galleries, shopping, hiking trails, and more.

This home is in a residential area and parties will be shut down immediately. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9pm to 7am.
Absolutely no smoking inside, this will result in a minimum fee of $500 for deodorization.
