This special home is close to everything Sedona has to offer while enjoying expansive Red Rock views! Spend your day out on the numerous hiking trails nearby and then relax in the evening next to the indoor fireplace or on one of the many outdoor patios enjoying the views of the Red Rocks that make Sedona famous! You will enjoy the convenience of our location that makes it the perfect place to plan your Sedona visit from!

The home has a large, open living space and kitchen with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. There is an additional small one bedroom unit on the property as well that is rented separately from the home, the home and the unit are private from one another!

Pros: great views, awesome location! Plenty of space for our group of 5! Cons: the deck is falling apart and quite the safety hazard and there were dead roaches in one of the bedrooms.

The pictures online are very deceiving. It is not an open space as pictured but very close to other houses. Hard to find in the dark. Great location. Just needs a little extra care.

Was MOST unhappy upon our arrival when one of the bedrooms had NO window covering on it and we found it in the closet. I contacted Conner and he said it might be tomorrow before he could get it put up. UNACCEPTABLE TO NOT HAVE WINDOW COVERING IN A BEDROOM. (Evidently it had been that way for a while as it was mentioned in a previous review).The description says there is another unit on property but let me say we are right there together and we saw them many times. We did not feel that the unit was cleaned properly. We washed all the dishes in the dishwasher before we felt comfortable eating from them. Minimal utensils in kitchen and kitchen was dated and worn in many places. MANY bulbs out in fixtures, no smoke detector, stains on sofa, dishwasher difficult to work. Lights switches could be labeled as probably half of them don't work a thing. We had some roaches show up the last morning. As we saw the lack of cleanliness in the kitchen we decided that we wouldn't even check out the hot tub (cover had many big tears on it). Small bath bi fold door had No latch/lock on it and would not stay closed. Let's just say it's a nice enough place but it really needs a ton of attention to be up to the level we are used to renting. We did have a terrific girls trip in spite of the disappointment in our VRBO rental.

Nice home for family vacation but no thrills

The home was large and good for 6 adults and 1 toddler. Not the best home for the price. One bedroom had no curtains on the sliding glass door and had to make a Curtin with blankets and suitcases to keep it up. The ice maker in the freezer was not working and no ice trays were provided. The kitchen was not well equipped with cooking pots and lids - but the blender worked well! The hot tub was not working. Like I said the house was fine for the trip and location was good, but could do a few upgrades to improve the stay.

Nice house with plenty of room to share time together or escape for some privacy of your bedroom. Easy check in and check out. Felt very safe in the house and the neighborhood.

Kitchen needs some spruceing up. Wood counters very worn. Need to add a few pots and pan. “No Lids”. Made cooking a challenge. No front porch light. Made it difficult for late arriving family.

Great location in Sedona

Really enjoyed the amount of space this property had. It is close to everything in the heart of Sedona. Great views from the wrap around deck and the rooftop! There are other people in the building, but we barely noticed them. Given that our visit was in a peak season, this was a reasonable value. I would consider staying here again if I returned to the area.

Great Location and Nice & Quiet

We had a lovely time in Sedona and wanted to be close to town which is why we chose this home. The reason I gave it a 4 our of 5 was the lack of amenities that we have had at other rentals which include wine glasses, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, kleenex, extra blankets. There is a 2nd rental attached and apparently they control the air conditioning which made some rooms way to cold.
