Backing directly to hiking and biking trails and located just steps from Carroll Canyon Trailhead, this stylish condo offers the perfect blend of outdoor recreation, modern comfort, and unbeatable convenience. Guests love being able to walk straight from the property to the trails while remaining just minutes from Sedona's renowned restaurants, shopping, galleries, golf, and iconic Red Rock attractions.

Situated in Sedona's Commercial District, this hidden gem serves as the ideal home base for couples, friends, remote workers, and outdoor enthusiasts seeking easy access to everything Sedona has to offer.

The suite is a 2-minute walk from Sunset Park, featuring a seasonal splash pad, tennis courts, basketball and pickleball courts, open green space, and direct access to the Coconino National Forest. The park also offers two complimentary EV charging stations (4-hour limit) and is open 24 hours.

Great stay- host was easy to work with. The suite was clean and fully stocked. There are trails right outside the suite and is an easy drive to everything Sedona has to offer. People have mentioned the recycling center across the street, it didn’t bother us at all. Would stay here again.

This was such a wonderful place to stay in Sedona. Great central location, had a trail outside your door. Everything was brand new and clean. I wish we could have stayed more days to full enjoy all of the amenities. We will definitely come back!

Beautiful Home Right at a Trail Head

This condo was beautiful and perfect for our family. The bedrooms and bathrooms are plenty big, clean, and comfortable. The location was great! It is right on a trail head, walkable to a park & playground for the kids, and a short drive into town. We would definitely stay here on a return trip to Sedona and recommend it to others.

The condo was located at a trail head that allowed for a quick or long hike. The condo was very well appointed -large bath towels, glass coffee cups and wine glasses, comfortable beds with good sheets. Plenty of room for 4 people, close to shops and downtown. Patio with propane fire pit. As 3 women traveling alone we felt safe. Nice neighborhood, quite. Recycling center across the street can be a tad loud but really not an issue. Recommend
