Welcome to Sedona Oak Creek A7, a fully remodeled single-level condo nestled in the picturesque Oak Creek Estados community. Surrounded by the majestic red rock vistas and offering amazing community amenities. Located in the charming Village of Oak Creek, you're steps away from Sedona's best shops, dining spots, hiking trails, and many other iconic attractions. This condo is ideally positioned for those looking to explore the scenic beauty of Sedona while enjoying amazing amenities and convenient access to outdoor adventures.



This single level condo sits on the first floor and offers 1,152 square feet with two bedrooms and two bathrooms to sleep up to six guests.



Guests are welcomed through the property's front door, which opens into a spacious main living area that combines the living room, dining, and kitchen spaces.



Living Room: The open contemporary design provides a comfortable atmosphere, showcasing a queen sleeper sofa sectional, Smart TV, electric fireplace, and a small desk area. The living room also offers access to a charming back patio. In addition, we have added a chair to the living room to provide extra seating options, and two more chairs have been placed on the patio table.



Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, including a four-burner electric range. Whether you're a culinary enthusiast or just want to whip up quick snacks, you'll find everything you need for a delightful cooking experience.



Dining area: Gather around the large wood dining table illuminated by a contemporary chandelier, with seating for 6.



Bedrooms/Bathrooms:

Master bedroom — King bed, a 50” Smart TV for private viewing, ample dresser space, and an en suite bathroom with a dual sink vanity and a tub/shower combo.



Bedroom 2 — King bed, a 43” Smart TV, dresser, and an en suite bathroom boasting a single sink vanity and a large glass shower



Outdoor spaces:

The private covered patio offers outdoor seating.



Community Amenities

There is a communal pool, two hot tubs and tennis courts available for guest use. There are also community BBQ grills.
The pool and spa is open year round from 8am to 10pm. The water for the pool will only be heated in the months of March, April and May at 80 degrees. During the summer months the pool naturally heats to around 85 degrees. The winter months the pool will be kept at 50 degrees to maintain the tile. Children under the age of 14 are not allowed in the hot tub(s). No animals allowed in the pool, spa or tennis/pickleball areas.

The apartment was immaculate. Every single thing we could’ve possibly needed was supplied. Exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend and would stay again. Every detail was thought of including a stepstool, laundry detergent, some Ziploc bags, literally everything we could’ve possibly needed. We’ll stay here again if I return to Sedona.

This place was in a great location. I’m so glad we stayed here vs. in Sedona. It was conveniently located close to all the activities and an easy mid-day stop to rest, hang by the pool, and recharge before heading back out for late afternoon hikes or dinner. The hot tub was great at night for star gazing. Take a flashlight though, there are very few lights after dark.

The property was just as advertised. Very clean, well appointed, close to attractions. We really appreciated the Red Rocks Park pass. The pool and grounds were awesome. Grocery store and many restaurants were within walking distance. We felt very safe in the are walking after dark.

Nice place in a convenient location near Village of Oak Creek!

The condo is very clean and has everything you need (except you may want to bring your own pool towels). The complex is quiet and very conveniently located in Oak Creek. There is a grocery store that you can walk to. We brought our 2 dogs and the owner even supplies a water bowl for them and dog bags. One thing to note, our car had a cargo box on it and, thus, did not fit in the assigned space but there are plenty of other places to park within the condo complex that accommodated a cargo box on your car. Would stay here again!

Very comfortable for our groupOur only suggestion is for a actual door between the laundry room and the second bedroom. Hard when there are people sleeping in the living room that need to use the bathroom during the night without disturbing ones in the second bedroom.

Great location

We had a great time at this VRBO. The location is perfect with a grocery store and many restaurants all within walking distance. Plus it’s a few miles outside of Sedona so the traffic wasn’t as busy! The unit had everything we need and it’s close to the pool
which is not heated btw! We didn’t have hot water at first (it was warm at best) and it took a few days to get that fixed, which was frustrating. Once the maintenance man fixed that we were all set! The beds were comfy, bathrooms had plenty of counter space and the kitchen had everything we needed. Overall I would definitely recommend this unit!

Great condo! Great location!

This condo was the perfect place for our family’s hiking spring break trip! Plenty of room for our family of 4 (kids age 10 and 13). Close to hikes, restaurants and loved the pickleball courts to use after our days of exploring!

1st Sedona Trip

We originally reserved #A7 which had 2 Master BR each with King beds. Because of some maintenance, moving the air conditioner and roof work, it was suggested we change to G13, a 3 bedroom unit. I appreciated the heads up but it was the day before we were leaving on our trip and our choices were limited. With 2 adult couples traveling this was a bit inconvenient as there was only 1 King bed, 1Queen bed and 2 twins. The 2nd bathroom was very small with little counter space. The room with the twins ended up being where I had to do my hair & makeup. Good thing I brought a small mirror. It did not have the same kind of spaciousness or as nice of furnishings as the one we originally reserved making it a bit inconvenient to use. Just not what we expected. The location is great with walking to grocery stores, restaurants & a few shops. We didn't use the pool but the area looked very clean and maintained. Check in was a breeze and onsite parking was nice. We really appreciated the Park Pass that was provided.

Hiking/golf

This was the fourth year to stay in this complex and the first time in this condo. It was updated nicely and had all the kitchen/bath items we needed. The location is close to a nice golf course and easy access to trailheads. A grocery store isdirectly across the street.

Lovely condo, great pool, nice neighborhood, good for folks with mobility challenges

I rarely rent a place on VRBO that doesn’t have reviews, but took a chance and was well-rewarded. Condo was as beautifully renovated, very clean and had nice touches (lots of board games/puzzles, well-equipped kitchen, lots of space for three adults and a child). We considered other condos in the complex that had views, but our daughter uses a wheelchair and this was ground floor. This was a a lot easier than schlepping her and our stuff up stairs and had a beautiful patio that looked out on tennis courts. Patio was very private - courts were barely used and all. My brother even did a zoom meeting from outside. For those in wheelchairs or using walkers, there was a no-threshold entry into unit and onto patio. Unit is not technically accesuvle, but one shower had just a tiny step to get into and there wasn’t was plenty of space to store gear. Sinks were a bit high, but doable. And, Oak Creek is charming. We liked it better than Sedona or West Sedona. Supermarket is across the street and cafe, shops and restaurants are all walking distance. We just wheeled our daughter where we wanted to go; it’s far more pedestrian/biker friendly than the other towns a lot less commercial. We were very happy with our stay and would stay at this unit again. I think lack of reviews is because this place is probably new to the rental market, but take a chance and stay here. We did and it was great! Good luck to the owners and thanks for a great stay!
