Located in the pristine Chapel area, Sedona Chimney Rock Trail House is a spectacular home that will place you very close to all of Sedona's activities including hiking, shopping and restaurants. This home is surrounded by the iconic Sedona red rock views!


This wonderful single level home features a spacious 2,200 square feet and has three bedrooms, and two bathrooms to sleep up to six guests.


Entering through the front door puts you right into the main great room with an open floor plan, that holds the living room, dining room and kitchen — all with stunning surrounding views throughout.


Living Room: Featuring contemporary-style furnishings including a sectional couch, 43” Smart TV, and access to the backyard. Enjoy pool and mountain views from the multitude of windows.


Kitchen: The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances. The large kitchen island adds prep space to make meal prep easy!


Dining Area: The dining area has seating for eight guests.


Bedrooms/Bathrooms:

Grand Master Suite — King size bed, 30” Smart TV, fireplace, relaxing chaise lounge, and access to the backyard. The private bathroom features double vanities and a wonderful walk-in wrap-around shower.


Bedroom 2 — Queen bed, access to the outdoor spaces.


Bedrooms 3 — Queen bed


Bathroom 2 is a shared full bathroom offering a vanity and a shower.


Backyard/Outdoor Spaces:

The home offers outdoor spaces that feature a pool and hot tub. You'll also enjoy a built-in propane BBQ grill and fireplace, along with plenty of comfortable outdoor seating.

Pool: The pool and hot tub cannot be heated simultaneously. The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $150 per day. Due to unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions during the fall and winter months, the pool cannot be heated October 1-March 31. Please note that due to unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions, pool temperatures may not reach satisfactory levels. The pool depth is 3-6 feet.

Please Note: The in-ground hot tub begins heating once turned on and typically takes about one hour to reach temperature.

The pool under the stars surrounded by red rock mountains was definitely the highlight of the house. We loved the views from the large living room windows too. Two kings was also a bonus with little kids sleeping with us.

The ratings and reviews were spot on. First time to Sedona with a few friends and absolutely breathtaking views at the house. We loved the pool post hike. Restaurants and stores within 8-10 min drive (assuming no traffic). Hikes close by that you can walk to and also short drive to other hiking spots. House was very clean, had great kitchen items, grill worked great, outdoor fire was easy to use, plenty of towels. We had some hot tub heating issues but company was very responsive and helpful. Beds were very comfortable, showers clean.

This home is absolutely gorgeous with jaw-dropping views and super comfy beds! We felt so relaxed and right at home—had an amazing time from start to finish! The place was very nice but ants around the pool. They ding you, dollarwise, for everything. We asked for early check in (no one was using the property the week before) and had to pay extra. Animals got into trash even with bands covering the top. Spent this morning picking up all the trash before we left.

Amazing views!

The house was great for our family of 5, the views were beautiful and the location was ideal for our traveling around the area. Communication was great and the house had everything we needed. The only nit picky thing that I would have is that we couldn’t get pool and spa heat turned on during the time we were there (temps were in the 80’s each day, so unseasonably warm).

Property was beautiful but the service and online listing accuracy was definitely lacking. Would not use Sedona.org again or recommend. Had two interactions with the company which were not overly helpful or customer focused.

Amazing views right in your backyard

The house was clean and well appointed. More than enough parking and amazing views. We arrived on a Sunday and getting in was easy. It's close enough to town that getting to places is a short drive, but you feel nice and secluded. We paid for the pool to be heated. The pool and "hot tub" use the same heater, but it's not much of a heater. We could only use the hot tub 1 of the 3 nights due to it not being warm enough. Subjective, I understand, but it's not a hot tub, more like a spa. I messaged through VRBO about the heater, the pool being dirty and the wall shower in the master has no hot water. 24 hours with only an automated response, I messaged again. Got a call with no knowledge of previous messaged issues. I really hate to leave this review, as a rental home owner myself, it wasn't cheap to stay here and the lack of response to these minor issues, made a poor impression of the house. If we had an actual hot tub to sit in and relax after a long day as we hoped, this would be a very different review.

This house is phenomenal!!!! We had so much fun in the hot tub chatting each night looking at the stars! We hiked every vortex! From this house you can hike to a cave very close just off the road and you can hike to the creek and get wet. Also, you can walk to to Bell hike, Cathedral wash, and the beautiful church hike. All of these are incredible!!!! This house was so clean and had beautiful mature trees and cactus. Very responsive they turned up the heat on the pool for us so fast. We went to Boyton, Soldiers pass, caves, Subway, airport, and swam in Oak Creek Canyon Crescent moon state park. Slide rock slide down the natural slide. This house was perfect! Lots of Fun to be had here! Enjoy!
