A total of 5 bedrooms that comfortably Sleeps 10 but room for 12 featuring 3 King Beds, 1 Queen, and 2 Full size beds perfect for kids (please see where you will sleep for more details). A daybed twin is being used as a sofa in the spacious downstairs King room and can be used as an extra bed.

Upstairs:
Modern open concept kitchen and family room that exudes luxury. All the popular design concepts you would want in your own home and you get to experience it here! Waterfall edge quartz countertops and 3 seater kitchen island. Designer lighting fixtures, and hardware, with open shelving and all black stainless appliances. Expandable Dining table that can seat up to 8 with epic direct views of Thunder Mountain. Bi-fold doors open the living space to the outdoors with unobstructed views of Thunder Mountain and quick access to the front yard decks. Electric modern fireplace on a designer black slatted full feature wall for cold nights or just use the lighting for great ambience.

The secret door to a spacious master bedroom is hidden behind a slat wall. The designer elements continues in this room with calming green hues across a mid-century modern geometric wall and a large walnut King bed. The room has a large smart TV and green tempered glass desk to work from. A modern barn door separates a spa-like master bath with an open concept shower/bath tub area and a double sink floating white vanity with a backdrop of a fun desert themed wallpaper. Large oversized bedroom with a King bed and daybed for a little one. This daybed is the best spot to watch a show on a massive 65” smart TV for anyone who just wants to stay in the room and watch their own thing or just another comfortable spot to relax. There is an en-suite bathroom for this second primary bedroom with a shower over tub (Pics newly added but may not be reflected in all pics)

Smaller bedroom has 2 full size beds. This room is a great spot for extra guests or kids/teens.

Outside of the bedroom is a large living/dining area with another 65” TV to give a flex area for kids or a separate family to hang out on their own. A small beverage fridge in a bar area can help keep drinks and small food items cold (note: a microwave has been put on the countertop after pics).

Behind the double-wide barn doors is a finished basement that features a brand new gigantic 120” movie screen with 7.1 Dolby Atmos stereo system including seating for 8 via theater style recliners, bar stools, and bean bags to make sure everyone gets to watch that blockbuster movie or big game together. Also, a bar size pool table with adjacent bar top area, an electronic dart board, and shuffle board makes this a great space to hang out and enjoy your time relaxing after a day of sightseeing. With a quiet Sedona feel and early closing hours, this will be the best way to find things to do at night!

Driveway has space for 2 cars and street parking is available in front of the house. In Sedona, 2 wheels must be off of the road.
