Designed with modern comfort & a desert boho-chic flare, we just opened up our home to guests recently and are thrilled to share the tranquility that we've gained here. We are located in a PRIME yet quiet, peaceful neighborhood in West Sedona, where you are just minutes away from everything this scenic mountain town has to offer - just 1-3 miles to trails and a plethora of restaurants & attractions. Relax and rejuvenate in our MASSIVE 20x30 feet FRONT patio with some of the best views Sedona has to offer. Then move over to the Private BACK Patio for a spectacular sunset while cooking a nice BBQ dinner on our Brand New BBQ Island equipped with a 4-burner GRILL, side burner, storage & a pull-out trashcan. BOTH outdoor spaces offer gorgeous views. The home has plenty of space to accommodate 8-10 people. Each room is tastefully & methodically decorated to make the perfect escape with special attention paid to the functionality of each space to meet all your hospitality needs!

Description of the Space:
As you drive up the long driveway, you’ll first be greeted by our HUGE 20 x 30 feet EAST-FACING covered front patio where nature meets comfort! You can easily spend hours enjoying the 180 degrees of STUNNING panoramic views, especially of the entire Mogollon Rim, a landmark SEDONA RED ROCK Plateau! Imagine your morning yoga as the sun starts peaking above the distant rim showering the patio with the day’s first bright golden rays!

Follow that with your morning coffee at the cozy patio sofa set, the hi-top table with direct views of the Mogollan Rim or a full-on breakfast at the outdoor dining table! This patio is extremely rare as it is one of the largest patios of any home in Sedona. It allows our guests to spend many hours outdoors in a very private & comfortable setting. You'll feel the calm aura of the surrounding red rocks. This is just one of the many gems of our home. Open the door & walk inside to be welcomed by 2 beautiful messages: “RELAX & UNWIND” and “LOSE YOUR MIND - FIND YOUR SOUL”.

The owners, Becky & Jay, with their long-time friend & interior designer, spent hours meticulously selecting each & every furniture and art piece to curate a modern yet eclectic Sedona vibe! Beautifully appointed with comfort & convenience in mind. Each bedroom has a superior-quality mattress & soft bedding. Select from down, down alternative, or cool memory foam pillows (option of hard or soft), stunning hand-painted accent walls, bedside electronics charging stations & bedside lamps in all rooms, and functional quality furniture to make your stay comfortable and inviting.

3 of the 4 bedrooms and 2.5 of the 3.5 bathrooms are located on the main level of the house. The primary bedroom is an En-suite on one side of the house. The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms are on the opposite side of the home with a shared full bathroom in the middle. This creates a great split floor plan for added privacy. The 4th bedroom is also an En-suite. It is located downstairs on the street level of the house & accessible through the staircase in front of the main door to the house, right next to the Front Patio. This is set up as a walk-out private Casita.

All bathroom showers have soothing full-on water pressure, ample counter space, hair dryer & plenty of towels.

The kitchen has lots of cabinets, each one labeled so you may easily & quickly find everything. It is a fully equipped kitchen with all your common appliances to make cooking a snap. This allows you to spend more time enjoying the gorgeous outdoors. So, what's provided? A Blender, Hand Mixture, Instapot, Crockpot, Griddle, Rice Cooker, Toaster, Toaster-Oven/Air-Fryer, Drip Coffee Maker, Pots/Pans & Serving Ware of all sizes, Bakeware, Pyrex Storage, Cooking Oil, Basic Spices, and much more. And, if you feel Becky might have missed an item, she is very open to your suggestions and happy to consider adding it.

We just added a beautiful BBQ Island to our back patio! The island is equipped with a 4-burner Grill, a side burner, storage drawers & a pull-out trash can. Please enjoy this newly added amenity to make family BBQ dinners fun & relaxing accompanied by vibrant Sedona sunsets.

However, if you prefer to dine out, there are at least a dozen restaurants just a short œ mile to one mile from the house. You won’t even have to drive if you don't want to! Even the closest grocery store, Whole Foods, is just œ mile away. That’s the convenience of staying in West Sedona. It is a short distance from the famous “Y”, which splits up the town into three sections -- Uptown (the touristy area), West Sedona (central location with many trails & attractions yet only 2 miles away from Uptown) & The Village of Oak Creek (a suburb about 7 miles away from Uptown). Can't beat this location!

Jay & Becky are avid hikers & love eating out! They have hiked many trails in Sedona & would be thrilled & delighted to recommend trails to fit various fitness levels. That's why they've set up a Hiking Station in the laundry room for guests to place their backpacks & other gear making it easy to organize & get ready for the day’s hike. Please leave hiking shoes outside at the front door on the rack provided as it is extremely hard to remove & wipe off the red Sedona sand from tiles & furniture. Upon returning from hikes, washing off the red sand from your shoes is a breeze b/c a wash-off hose (next to the garage door) & wipe cloths (in a basket placed under the bench at the front door) are provided. You’ll see! Some of the most popular hikes are just a mile away from the house -- Soldiers Pass, Brins-Mesa, and Seven Sacred Pools to name a few. Other popular trails like Thunder Mountain & Chimney Rock are 2 miles away. Want to rent a bike or an ATV, instead? No problem, walk down œ mile & you’ll find those shops! Talk about convenience!

When you’re done with your adventure-packed day, enjoy a hot shower (the house has a tankless water heating system so hot water will never run out), then relax in the modern, elegant, yet cozy Family Room. Furnished with soft, comfortable seating for all, a Fireplace that emits tall flames & radiant heat, a dramatic ceiling fan, 60-inch TV with FREE YouTube TV (or login to your own Netflix, Prime, Disney & other streaming services). Maybe you or the kids feel like playing a game of cards or doing a puzzle? No problem. This home has the perfect setup for you... And it comes with direct views of the Mogollon Rim! Grab the deck of cards or a board game from the cabinet under the TV & bring it over to the game table behind the sofa. Spend hours playing while also enjoying the views. Or maybe you want to just unwind, pour yourself a glass of wine, and arrange a quick charcuterie/cheese board. Do that & take it out to the WEST-FACING back patio where you can enjoy a glorious & stunning Sedona sunset in total privacy. No direct neighbors in the back. Instead, you have views of Chimney Rock & Thunder Mountain above a blanket of tall pine trees to create an intimate experience. And if you've brought your pup along, watch him run around the private, fenced backyard.

We welcome all Hypoallergenic dogs (Pet fee applies). Limit 1 dog per stay. For all other dog types, kindly ask for permission before booking. We have cleaning staff who have severe allergies to dog hair so we must run it by them first.

Amazing home and great location


My parents, some family friends, and my husband and I spent 3 wonderful days/nights at this beautiful home! We loved the location to all the things we wanted to do in Sedona as well as the attention to detail that the owners used in decorating and labeling everything! Spectacular views and beautiful property

I and my four girlfriends stayed at the property in April. We reunite every two years to travel and reconnect. Our host was very communicative before the trip and answered our questions while also offering suggestions. The property is conveniently located while also being submersed in the landscape. The home had ample room and was very well-supplied with anything you need. Sedona is a great place to visit if you enjoy hiking and beautiful views. We would return to Sedona and this property in a heartbeat!

Get away from the city

Our daughter and husband were visiting from Maryland so we decided to take a short trip to Sedona while the grandkids were on spring break. This home was perfect! It had just about anything you would want. It was very clean and spacious with plenty of room for the 10 of us. It is close to many hiking trails and the patios are huge with great views! We had a wonderful time and would definitely use this home again. They were very accommodating and easy to contact. We have nothing but good things to say about this property and the hosts! Beautiful home in a relaxing neighborhood.
