Welcome to our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located on half an acre in the Village of Oak Creek. The home comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests.



We are conveniently located near Sedona`s best hiking trails, restaurants, and grocery stores. Only a 10 minute walk to Transept Trailhead.



This home is the perfect basecamp for your group to explore Sedona and the surrounding Verde Valley. Within 20 minutes you can access Uptown & West Sedona, Cornville wineries, and Old Town Cottonwood.

You will have access to the entire home except the locked supply closet in the master bedroom.



This home is located in the Village of Oak Creek which is a quiet neighborhood located just outside of the main tourist area of Sedona. This area has many new high-rated restaurants and golf courses. You can expect less traffic and crowds here than in Uptown Sedona, but you are only a short drive to the main tourist areas.



This home is in a residential area and parties will be shut down immediately. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm to 7am.



There is 1 security camera located at the front entry to the house, the purpose of this camera is to prevent parties and unregistered guests in the home.



Absolutely no smoking inside, this will result in a minimum fee of $500 for deodorization.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location is incredible with breathtaking views, and the house itself is clean and spacious — perfect for relaxing.One of the highlights was the wildlife. We spotted a coyote pack, deer, and javelinas right from the property — such a memorable experience!Clara was a wonderful host, always prompt with replies and easy to communicate with. Great house with beautiful views

This is a great house, very comfortable, with all the amenities, in Oak Creek Village. It is on a fairly busy street but there is no noise inside. Great views from the living room, dining room, and kitchen. My husband and I stayed for a week. The master bedroom was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and we appreciated the double sinks in the bathroom. The kitchen had all the supplies you need. We ate dinner outside on the patio most nights. The location is great, close to everything, but away from the crowds. It was one of the best houses we stayed in.

Crazy in Arizona

We came to Sedona to be with family that had rented two other houses in the area. The house was perfect for us! We had our own space but were close to the other houses. Saw lots of wildlife, javalinas, mule deer, quail, rabbits and lizards. Beautiful to sit on the front or back porch mornings and evenings. View was awesome! Loved every minute of our stay! Management was easy to work with and very responsive to our needs! 😎😍
