Bedroom 1 (King Bed): The primary bedroom is large and very private from the other two bedrooms. This bedroom has a spacious private bathroom with dual vanities, large bathtub, and beautiful oversized shower. There is also a walk-in closet for this bedroom.

Bedroom 2 (Queen Bed): Located at the end of the hallway, this bedroom is also very welcoming and private to guests. Please note that this bedroom shares a bathroom with Bedroom 3.

Bedroom 3 (Queen Bed): Located on the opposite side of the house off of the kitchen area, this bedroom offers ample privacy. Please note that this bedroom shares a bathroom with Bedroom 2.

You will have access to the entire home. This is a wonderful home in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood in Sedona.

We live in Sedona and are nearby if you need anything but we respect our guest`s privacy.

This home is in a quiet, residential neighborhood that is highly walkable for morning or evening strolls. You will be just a 5-minute walk to Mystic Trail Trailhead, which is the gateway to the immensely popular Hogs and Broken Arrow trail network. You can also walk to the famous Chapel of the Holy Cross. No need to contend with full parking lots!

We have ample parking on the property. You can easily walk or drive to nearby trails. You are about 7 minutes by car from both Uptown Sedona and the Village of Oak Creek. There is a smaller grocery store in the Village of Oak Creek. There are four large grocery stores in West Sedona, including Whole Foods, within a 12-minute drive.

Violating any of the house rules can lead to your reservation being canceled immediately without a refund.

• We do not charge extra for additional guests. However, the number of guests staying MUST match the number of guests specified on the reservation. No unregistered guests are allowed on the property at any time.
• Pets are not allowed. Any evidence of pets may incur a $500 deep cleaning fee.
• No smoking or vaping inside or on property. Any evidence of these activities may incur a minimum $1,000 deep cleaning fee.
• Fires, candles, fireworks, and other open flames are prohibited
• No firearms allowed on property
• Do not move furniture
• Do not unplug, move, or tamper with electronic devices (WiFi, security system, locks, etc.)
• Parties, special events, and retreats are not allowed per City of Sedona local ordinance
• Minimum age to book a reservation is 25 years old. Additional guests may be younger.
• Guest making the reservation must have identity verified through Airbnb and a current phone number listed
• A $25 shipping and handling fee applies to items left behind

We are committed to complying with state and local regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete a guest verification process after booking.

You will receive an email and a text with a link to complete the verification. This process is completed by a third party company called Truvi. We do not see any of your private information.

Truvi will collect a damage deposit. If no damage is discovered after your stay, this deposit is fully refundable with the exception of a $10 processing fee.

Please be sure to complete this process WITHIN 24 HOURS of making your reservation. If the verification process is not completed, we cannot legally host you and we will be forced to cancel your reservation, potentially without a refund.
