Looking for a beautiful, centrally located & romantic place to stay in Sedona? Look no further than our Sedona Secret Garden House in the center of Sedona's popular Uptown area. You can literally walk to any place Uptown, shops, galleries and restaurants as well as Tlaquepaque which is approximately 0.2 miles from the driveway. Plus it is on a private, quiet street!
Upscale, private & totally charming, this little house & gardens have all modern conveniences but still ooze charm and comfort. NEW ADDED BEDROOM with queen bed, bathroom & kitchenette in the private bungalow located in back yard. The bungalow is NOT rented separately from the main house so your privacy is maintained. Located in the heart of Uptown, this house is perfect for 1 to 3 couples & Fido. Walk to Uptown restaurants, shops and Tlaquepaque too, all less than one half mile in either direction. Add to all this, there are amazing red rock views from inside and out & you can watch sunsets from the private rear garden. The property is walled for your privacy and Fido's protection but that does not obstruct your views.
Beautifully decorated with a mix of Old Sedona charm and modern features and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, washer & dryer and the full bathroom which has been updated & is attractive with a tub/shower combination as well as a lighted vanity mirror. This is a lovely and private cottage built of Sedona brick with an electric fireplace in the great room. Now also featuring the private BUNGALOW with additional queen size bed and en-suite bathroom plus a kitchenette. The front and back patios and gardens are great places to relax outside with views of red rocks in all directions as well as shade trees and flower gardens inside this fully fenced property. The back patio has outdoor dining with tables, chairs, a fire pit with seating area & strings of soft overhead lights. The bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds & dressers plus closet/hanging space. There is private off-street parking for 2 -3 vehicles in the carport/driveway at the side of the house. This is a "must-see" place and once you do, you will be captivated by the charms of our Sedona Secret Garden House. Of note: we do not recommend this house for young children because of a glass coffee table & a few other features.
NOTE: We do recommend that you purchase VRBO insurance to protect your funds in case of an unavoidable late cancellation.

The house was an excellent fit for our stay with a mother and two daughters. The kitchen had everything we needed and we really enjoyed the garden each evening after a day of hiking. We also liked having our own space with the 3 bedrooms.

Central Serenity

This was an unexpected surpise, to say the least!The location for accessibility to Sedona Uptown and Tlaquepaque can not be beat!At the same time it is unbelievably serene and peaceful, it is difficult to imagine a location just steps from the action, yet quiet and with views not just from the front garden, but the beautifully maintained back garden.The separate cottage in the back yard is perfect for the the extra guest or teenager in need of privacy. It is perfectly appointed to provide all amenities for such a need.Both the home and cottage were impeccably clean, the attention to the guests needs were spot on. The kitchen is also well stocked with appliances and utilities. The Keurig coffee maker was a very welcome suprise.This will most definitely be a stop for us in the future with any upcoming visits to Sedona. We highly recommend this historic property and it’s very informative and friendly owners.

Sedona get away

We came with our 2 college kids. One goes to ASU and we are from NC. So we decided to meet up and check out Sedona. The house was great! So cool to have the courtyard and separate bedroom in the backyard tiny house. We were central to restaurants and hiking. It was perfect.

Wonderful Stay in Sedona

The property was as described and fit our (4 adults and a dog) needs well. The property owners were very kind and responsive to our needs. Everything (ie - cabinets, drawers, light switches, etc.) was labeled so we didn't have to learn how things worked and where items could be located. The location is within walking distance to the shopping and dining attractions which was a huge bonus. By far the best property we stayed on our trip!

The property was very clean and had all supplies we needed. This property has a bungalow as well behind the house that a family member stayed in so we had our own private space. The location was excellent, and the host had several sheets with tips of the area as well as check out process. We are already thinking of coming back next year and booking the same place.

The Secret Garden House located in Sedona and within walking distance to the shopping in Uptown and restaurants was a delight! Lovely landscaped front and back courtyards with some shrubbery already in bloom and other plants beginning to just bloom. The Bungalow had a wonderful privacy fence, quiet surroundings. Entering the Bungalow you’re greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine along with well organized info booklets informing of the dos and do nots regarding the property and a wealth of info regarding restaurants, day trips, grocery shopping etc. The Bungalow was equipped with all the amenities, including several coffee and tea makers as well as all the dishes, silverware and more. We slept comfortably on the queen size bed. Can’t leave out the authentic details of the inside decor, with touches of the Southwest and 2 walls with eye catching statement pieces. An electric vintage fireplace makes the colder evenings warm and cozy. There is an outdoor fire pit to roast marshmallows or sip a glass of wine by as well. We also took advantage of using the outdoor grill. The owners Katie and George were gracious in their communications. Our Maltipoo Molly, Me and My Man had an exceptional stay of 10 days with all the comforts of being at home, altho the surrounding views of the Red Rocks from the Bungalows windows knocked our socks off! Something we don’t have back at home in the state of Wisconsin. Being a retired teacher, this property deserves an A+!

Great location+!

Very cute place with nice updates throughout. You can walk to many places from this very convenient location including Tlaquepaque (4 minutes) and uptown (11 minutes). Great views from inside and yard. Even thought it's in the middle of everything, it's still nice and quiet for sleeping.
