Main Street Loft (Luxury 2nd Floor Condo)

The "Main Street Loft" is a luxury boutique rental located in the heart of Cottonwood’s Historic Old Town, right on Main Street. Imagined by Verde Valley locals and built from the ground up, every inch of this space is designed to create an unparalleled lodging experience. Natural light permeates every corner of this spacious condo. Completed November 21, 2020, be one of the first to enjoy this brand new, 1100 sq ft, second floor, one bedroom luxury loft/condo.

A sense of calm grandeur will wash over you the moment you enter our Main Street Loft. Purposely designed for enjoying the scenic Verde Valley landscape, floor to ceiling sliding glass doors bring the outside in. The open floor plan living room and kitchen provide endless opportunity to soak in views of the Mingus Mountains, Cleopatra Hill, and the beautiful Sycamore Canyon. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to be right at home. A KEURIG coffee maker as well as a French press coffee maker are provided. Coffee and tea are also available for your enjoyment. The master bedroom is furnished with an adjustable King bed, walk-in closet, and office space. Sliding glass doors open up into your own, secluded balcony, ideal for morning coffee or meditating. The master bathroom features his and her sinks and a large walk in shower to provide ample personal space. Enjoy the main balcony off the living room, that overlooks Main Street and is the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset while you listen to music from the restaurants across the street. The living room features a 65” flatscreen Smart TV. Every room is equipped with European air conditioning splits and large ceiling fans to individually control the temperature of each room. This condo has its own washer and dryer available for guest use. We strive to only use organic, chemical free soap and cleaning products in the kitchen and bathroom. Due to the coronavirus we are following a very thorough cleaning protocol and we’re taking extra steps to clean and sanitize all surfaces between reservations.

With plenty to explore by foot, you may decide to keep your car parked at our on site parking the entire time! Walk to any of the fabulous restaurants, antique stores, specialty shops, wine tasting rooms, and more.

PLEASE NOTE: Our Main Street Loft is designed for 2 guest only and no pets. You also must be able to walk up stairs with your luggage as this condo is on the second floor. See pictures.

We have previously stayed at the Lofts of Old Town properties and it never fails to impress us how perfect they are.Not only are the owners amazingly accommodating but the properties are always in perfect condition.Clean and well equipped, a place you’d be excited and proud to call your own. This is an amazing VRBO! My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The loft was spacious with a full kitchen, living room area, bathroom (with 2 vanities), large bedroom and walk in closet. The place is very well maintained and very clean. Everything looks brand new. We loved the area to hang coats. There are 2 balconies, one that overlooks all of Main Street. Although we didn't cook anything, the kitchen has everything you need (including a Keurig and a French press). We definitely plan on returning!

We enjoyed The Loft on Main Street for an entire week and never ran out of things to do. From hiking near Jerome and enjoying a fine meal at Clinksdale after, to beautiful walks in various spots around Sedona and a visit to Tugizoot National Monument plus the walks accessible right from the condo our time went fast! There are plenty of good restaurants and wineries within walking distance from the condo so no need to drive at night. The condo itself was immaculately clean, well appointed with lovely art on the walls, a great king bed, and two nice balconies. We especially enjoyed having wine on the front balcony and people watching. We will be returning and thank Patty and Michael for all their advice and thoughtful touches.

Cottonwoods hidden gem

The loft is a perfect place to stay in Cottonwood. Out your front door is every thing downtown Cottonwood has to offer within walking distance. No need to try and find parking. You have a reserved parking spot out back. Inside the loft is top notch accommodations. Luxurious at every turn. Outside seating gives you a great view of the downtown streets. Great for enjoying the downtown bustle from your private balcony. Once inside the loft its very sound proof and you can relax in peace and quiet serenity. We loved our 5 night stay and would definitely stay again if back in the area. Better than any other rental close to Cottonwood.

The perfect getaway in Old Town Cottonwood

We get away from the valley to the Cottonwood/Verde Valley area about twice a year. Usually we stay in motels or B&B’s. But I discovered this gorgeous loft right downtown, and it was perfection! The one bedroom loft is very spacious and modern, with great amenities including a large walk-in shower, two balconies to enjoy the sunrise and sunset, a comfortable living area with a large screen TV, and a fully stocked kitchen. Being right on Main Street we walked to dinner both nights to local restaurants which was a huge plus after all day enjoying the wineries in the area! Patty was great with communication, and we especially liked all the local info that she has available at the loft. I highly recommend this rental! 5 plus stars all around!

All Around Excellent

The hosts have thought of everything for this beautiful and spacious condo. Well appointed kitchen and bath. Comfortable bed and plenty of closet space. Handy washer and dryer. The location in old town is perfect too. Walk out the door to shops, restaurants, and wine bars. Also an easy drive to see the sights of Clarkdale and Jerome or visit the many vineyards nearby. Overall a great place to stay and I hope to come back someday.

This property was a great choice for us. We had never stayed in Cottonwood before and the location of this property was perfect. One day we spent walking old town, stopping in to shops, restaurants and did some wine tasting all without ever moving our car. It is also close to some other wineries that we visited. The property was exactly as described.Very clean and beautiful. And the patio was enjoyable to watch the activity along Main Street. Check in and out was a breeze and we had the pleasure of meeting the owner while we were there. Very nice people. We would highly recommend this property and we will be staying here again in the future.

Amazing Property

Great location to old town Cottonwood. So many choices on dining and wine tasting rooms. Along with charming shops through out the town. Host were amazing. Property was nicely updated and very clean. There is no negatives on this home in my opinion. For sure would stay again!

Right on Main Street so it can be a bit noisy on Friday/Saturday nights. However, the bedroom is in the back of the 2nd floor unit and is very quiet. Decks are on front and back so you can catch morning and evening sunshine. The hosts are very gracious. Every detail has been considered. It’s very clean, new construction.

Great place!

A conveniently located condo right on Main St. in Old Town Cottonwood. Stayed in the one bedroom condo, which is a beautifully appointed and updated space. Owners are friendly and easy to contact. Would stay there again.

Beautiful home! Great Location!

My husband and I booked a stay for our 10 year wedding anniversary weekend. Patty was so sweet to leave a bottle of champagne for us at our arrival. The location could not have been more ideal, right on Main Street. We parked the car when we got there and walked everywhere the entire weekend. 10/10 would definitely stay here again.
