Columbine is a bright and cheerful unit with a great layout and all the comforts of home. The living space is warm and inviting with comfortable seating placed around the fireplace, a dining area for long leisurely meals, and local artifacts that give this home a true Sedona feel. Entertaining your family and friends is easy with a well-equipped kitchen with all the kitchen essentials needed for a home-cooked meal and a private patio with BBQ for dining alfresco under Sedona’s sunny or starlit skies.



The southwestern feel flows through to the guest rooms and this unit comfortably sleeps 6 guests in two bedrooms, with a sofa bed in the living area. A welcoming retreat to renew and refresh for another day of Sedona activities.

Getting Around:

There are taxis, Uber (limited), and the Sedona Trolley but we recommend guests have their own car. This is a small town and public transportation is very limited.



Other forms of transportation available in the area include the Verde Valley Linx Public Transport, the Sedona Shuttle (only operable Thursday through Sunday to select popular trailheads), Lyft (limited), and several rental companies providing rental machines for off-road adventures.

Nepenthe Rules & Information:

It has a seasonal community pool, heated May thru September, possibly additional 2 weeks in April or October, depending on the weather & temperatures each year. Hot Tub is open year-round. Children under 12 are not allowed in the hot tub. No alcohol, glass, or food in the pool area. There is no on-street parking. Cars must be in the garage or carport. Not in guest parking spaces. Cars must be 18` or less long, and less than 70" high to fit in the garage. No RV parking is allowed.



Interaction with Guests:

Keyless entry for guest convenience. The 6-digit access code will be emailed along with the check-in instructions within five days of your arrival.



Foothills Property Management, Inc. is open M-F from 9 am to 5 pm. Our staff is available during business hours by phone or in person at our office. A cell phone number for any after-hour or weekend emergencies will be provided when the reservation is confirmed.

The location of this condo is in a great location. You can walk to a few nice restaurants and is very close to all the major hiking trails. The condo felt very spacious for a family of 4 with a nice dining area and living room. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need including a big fridge. Each bedroom was plenty big enough and the private backyard area was a nice bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

Peaceful Sedona Get Away

It was amazing to be in Sedona in the winter. Our VRBO was in a great location making it easy to get to any area we wanted to visit. The development was quiet - except for the occasional coyote - and very peaceful. The entire week was perfect especially because we had a comfortable place to come home to.
