Welcome to Tranquil Pines Red Rock Retreat! This home truly has it all - three cozy and private bedrooms, a fully equipped chef’s kitchen, two large and comfortable living spaces, a dining room with epic red rock views, and a tranquil backyard with a hot tub, grill, and outdoor dining to enjoy our wonderful weather here in Sedona.

BEDROOM & BATHROOM

Bedroom 1 (King Bed): This bedroom is the ultimate master suite featuring HUGE views of Thunder Mountain and the utmost privacy located on the opposite end of the home from the other bedrooms. This room has it all, including a peaceful dedicated workspace, large walk-in closet, and double vanity bathroom.

Bedroom 2 (Queen Bed): This bedroom also features fabulous views from the window and overlooks the front courtyard. There is an oversized closet and large dresser. This bedroom shares the hall bathroom with Bedroom 3.

Bedroom 3 (Two Twin Beds): This room is perfect for kids, young adults, or friends who wish to have separate beds. There is a large walk-in closet and gorgeous south facing window. This bedroom shares the hall bathroom with Bedroom 2.

The main living area of the home is warm, cozy, and inviting—you will never want to leave! Enjoy cooking meals in the decked out, fully-equipped kitchen with all the cooking utensils and equipment you will need. Relax in either the spacious living room or enjoy your morning coffee in the south facing sun room that offers peace and tranquility. Take in the red rocks right from the dining room table, which overlooks Thunder Mountain and Coffee Pot (two of Sedona’s most popular rock formations).

Popular, desirable neighborhood nestled at the base of Sedona`s iconic Thunder Mountain in West Sedona less than a mile from multiple grocery stores, dining, theaters & shopping.

Spacious driveway can accommodate numerous cars. Neighborhood is very walkable, with numerous streets to walk while surrounded by Sedona`s red rocks.

Violating any of the house rules can lead to your reservation being canceled immediately without a refund:

• We do not charge extra for additional guests. However, the number of guests staying MUST match the number of guests specified on the reservation. No unregistered guests are allowed on the property at any time.
• Pets are not allowed. Any evidence of pets may incur a $500 deep cleaning fee.
• No smoking or vaping inside or on property. Any evidence of these activities may incur a minimum $1,000 deep cleaning fee.
• Fires, candles, fireworks, and other open flames are prohibited
• No firearms allowed on property
• Do not move furniture
• Do not unplug, move, or tamper with electronic devices (WiFi, security system, locks, etc.)
• Parties, special events, and retreats are not allowed per City of Sedona local ordinance
• Minimum age to book a reservation is 25 years old. Additional guests may be younger.
• Guest making the reservation must have identity verified through Airbnb and a current phone number listed
• A $25 shipping and handling fee applies to items left behind

We are committed to complying with state and local regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete a guest verification process after booking.

You will receive an email and a text with a link to complete the verification. This process is completed by a third party company called Truvi. We do not see any of your private information.

Truvi will collect a damage deposit. If no damage is discovered after your stay, this deposit is fully refundable with the exception of a $10 processing fee.

Please be sure to complete this process WITHIN 24 HOURS of making your reservation. If the verification process is not completed, we cannot legally host you and we will be forced to cancel your reservation, potentially without a refund.
