Set in a peaceful wooded neighborhood with epic red rock views, minutes away from Mystic and Broken Arrow trailheads as well as top restaurants, it’s the perfect Sedona retreat with a hot tub, fire pit, and grill for full vacation mode!

From morning coffee on the deck to evenings by the fireplace or fire pit, this home is designed for comfort and ease. Several living areas give guests space to spread out, while the open-plan kitchen & dining area bring everyone together for meals, drinks, and company.

The home sleeps eight comfortably. The top-floor primary en suite is a private retreat of its own, while two more bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the main floor. With a TV in every bedroom, everyone can relax and watch their favorite show in privacy.

And last but not least, on the lower level, there is a self-contained suite with a queen sofa-bed, mini-fridge, breakfast table, 55` TV, 6-in-1 game table, and shuffleboard. It is a multi-purpose space that is ideal for movie night, game night, and of course, for a good night`s sleep.

Outdoors, garden paths lead to shaded corners and a peaceful courtyard that’s perfect for yoga, reading, or simply unwinding in a calm wooded setting. With multiple dining areas inside and out, and plenty of space for gathering or for enjoying quiet moments alone, this home is simply ideal!

Rideshares like Uber or Lyft are rare in Sedona, but you can make use of public transit options.

Use the free Sedona park-and-ride shuttle to get to popular trailheads where parking is difficult. The Posse Grounds Park & Ride is a 13-minute drive from the home. Shuttles run year-round, Thursday thru Sunday.

Alternatively, the Sedona Shuttle Connect will transport you to and from any location within city limits (including this home). The cost is $2 per person, $1 for select groups, and free for children 5 and under. Download the TransLoc app to request a ride, Thursday thru Sunday, 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

Use caution entering and exiting the steep driveway in low vehicles. You are welcome to park in the overflow driveway, which is the last left before the main driveway. The overflow driveway has a milder transition from the road.

Violating any of the house rules can lead to your reservation being canceled immediately without a refund.

• We do not charge extra for additional guests. However, the number of guests staying MUST match the number of guests specified on the reservation. No unregistered guests are allowed on the property at any time.
• Pets are not allowed. Any evidence of pets may incur a $500 deep cleaning fee.
• No smoking or vaping inside or on property. Any evidence of these activities may incur a minimum $1,000 deep cleaning fee.
• We are unable to accommodate late check-out. Checking out after 10:00 AM will incur a $250 fee.
• Fires, candles, fireworks, and other open flames are prohibited
• No firearms allowed on property
• Do not move furniture
• Do not unplug, move, or tamper with electronic devices (WiFi, security system, locks, etc.)
• Parties, special events, and retreats are not allowed per City of Sedona local ordinance
• Minimum age to book a reservation is 25 years old. Additional guests may be younger.
• Guest making the reservation must have identity verified and provide a current phone number
• A $25 shipping and handling fee applies to items left behind

We are committed to complying with state and local regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete a guest verification process after booking.

You will receive an email and a text with a link to complete the verification. This process is completed by a third party company called Truvi. We do not see any of your private information.

Truvi will collect a non-refundable credit card authorization fee of $10. This allows them to collect reimbursement if damage is discovered after your stay, without having to actually hold a damage deposit.

Please be sure to complete this process WITHIN 24 HOURS of making your reservation. If the verification process is not completed, we cannot legally host you and we will be forced to cancel your reservation, potentially without a refund.
