This single-level condo is bright, open, and thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind. The living room features a cozy fireplace, plenty of seating, and large picture windows that showcase Sedona’s natural beauty!
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking and flows easily into the dining area — perfect for home-cooked meals or enjoying local takeout with a view.
Outside, the private deck is your front-row seat to Sedona’s stunning scenery. It’s an ideal spot for coffee at sunrise or wine under the stars!

Sleeping Arrangements

•Primary Bedroom: King bed, ensuite with dual vanities, soaking tub, and walk-in shower
•Second Bedroom: Two twin beds, closet space, and full adjacent bathroom

•Access to community pool & hot tub (pool is seasonal; hot tub open year-round)
•Tennis & pickleball courts
•Easy access to Canyon Mesa Golf Club (by appointment)

Guests have full access to the entire condo and outdoor deck. The garage is private and available for your use. Check-in is seamless via keyless keypad any time after 4 PM.

Your Co-Host is there for you by email or phone. She can answer any questions or assist during your stay.

Village of Oak Creek neighborhood. Known for views, hiking & biking trails, vortex sites and more!

It`s best to rent a car in Sedona. Uber & Lyft is limited in the area.

Pool is open from April through October, closes at November 1st. Hot tub is available all year round. Golf needs to be made by appointment through Canyon Mesa golf club.

No Pets!

No Smoking or Vaping inside or outside the house. No Exceptions. $500 fine if violated.

Local Quiet Hours are 10 p.m. - 9 a.m. The neighbors may call the police if this is violated.

Due to our dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights must be turned off when you are not outside.

By law, this home may NOT be used for events, parties, or large gatherings.

Please do not unplug electronics or move furniture.

We are not liable for items left behind. $50 + the cost of shipping will be charged for items left behind that require shipping.

We regularly see javelina, deer, skunks and bobcats. Do not approach or feed these animals!
