WELCOME TO YOUR PRIVATE SEDONA SANCTUARY
As our valued guest, you will enjoy exclusive access to the entire Main Home (upper level), featuring a private enclosed Jacuzzi, a sun-drenched patio, and a secure dog run. The Jacuzzi is completely private and never shared, available for your relaxation at any time during your stay. You share no common spaces inside the home at all. The Main House is completely Private and for your use only.

This is more than a place to stay. It is a retreat, where each sunrise feels like a personal invitation to stillness, beauty and renewal.

Your Private Sedona Sanctuary is where you can gaze at Cathedral Rock every day and night! Located less than a 1/4 mile from your front door is the Cathedral Rock Trailhead. No driving or parking needed. Just get up and go.

This Pet Friendly 2 BR/2 BA rustic home is the perfect location for the seclusion and privacy you seek during your stay in Sedona. Enjoy incredible views from different balconies and from every window. From a safe distance, you can enjoy watching the Javelinas, Coyotes, Deer, Elk, Quail, Roadrunners and a variety of beautiful birds that frequent the property.

Surrounded by undisturbed natural beauty, the property has evolved into a Natural Wildlife Sanctuary. Early risers may witness graceful Coyotes moving through the front yard, often followed by the gentle arrival of Javelinas. These creatures live in quiet harmony on the land, creating a rare and tranquil encounter with nature that speaks to the serenity and safety of this space.


THE SPACE
This spacious home has a total of 2 Bedrooms/2 Baths for you and your guests along with 2 separate Living Rooms with an Open Kitchen, Blue Screen Room and Jacuzzi Room. The property has three separate balconies where you can relax and take in all the beautiful scenery. The driveway has space for up to four vehicles. The Master Bedroom features a Private Balcony with Views, King Size Bed, Smart TV with cable and all apps. The Master Bedroom also has its own private Full Bath.

The 2ND Bedroom has a King Size Bed, Flat Screen T.V., skylight to enjoy the natural light in the day. Living room has a 55" Smart TV with cable, HBO, all the sports that you desire, Netflix and Disney plus.

Upon entering the home, you’ll notice a staircase leading to a lower-level In-Law Suite, which is sealed. It is not a door or an exit and not accessible from either side. This space is entirely separate from the Main Home and may be lightly occupied by the Host. At all times you will enjoy full privacy with no shared interior spaces. The Main House is yours and yours alone.

All bedrooms and bathrooms are stocked with fresh linens and towels. A washer and dryer is available for guest use free of charge. The kitchen is equipped with appliances including an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, as well as all the cookware, dishware, utensils, glassware, wine glasses and an abundant amount of counter space needed to prep and cook fantastic meals at home with your family and friends.

Kitchen is an Open Floor Plan and is perfect for entertaining. Main Deck off Kitchen provides outdoor dining with beautiful views of Cathedral Rock. Stargazing at night off Main Deck is breathtaking with perfect views of the Milky Way, the Big Dipper and the Small Dipper and more if you know your stars. The closeness of the stars makes you feel like you can reach out and touch them.

Children of all ages are welcome, as well as your dogs and cats. There is a $125 Pet Cleaning Fee per visit as the property gets a deep clean to remove all pet dander so each new guest who may suffer from allergies is not affected. There is a fenced in dog run located outside the laundry room door.

Guest Parking is in front of the Garage Door. There is no garage access because there is no garage just what looks like a garage door.

- West Sedona - 6 miles | 15 minutes
- Sedona - 5 miles | 11 minutes
- Sedona Airport - 7 miles | 17 minutes

Such a super clean home, comfortable stay, beds were perfect to fall into after a day of hiking, the view of Cathedral cannot be beat. Loved the wild life on the property too. Really a fabulous stay all around.

The property was clean, the beds were comfortable and the fridge and pantry included snacks and other thoughtful treats. But by far the highlight was the daily visits by the javelinas and coyotes. Sitting on the side deck in the late afternoon with that view is so relaxing. We did a lot of hiking and being walking distance to Cathedral Rock trailhead was very convenient. We used the laundry which is another convenient feature. Check in was easy and Adriana was available for any issue that came up. We would love to come back some day.

The location was spectacular and so quiet with a gorgeous view of Cathedral Rock. The road is closed to the public during the day, but with the resident permit, you get exclusive access to the neighborhood. The host was so kind and helpful answering questions. She also stocked the fridge with fresh things that was a special surprise touch.

The comfortable house had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It is located near Cathedral Rock and we walked over from the house to hike that trail. Each day we watched the sunrise and sunset from the deck and enjoyed seeing birds, javelinas, and coyotes. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a fantastic spot and the Host was so kind! The view from the house was beautiful and we were just down the street from the Cathedral Rock trailhead. There was so much beautiful wildlife around and it was incredibly peaceful. I will definitely be back! It was incredible and well worth it!

This was our second stay at this great home. Obviously we liked it so much we came back! The home is spacious with a beautiful balcony overlooking Cathedral Rock. We loved seeing the coyotes, javelinas, and a variety of birds. We had a couple of minor issues this time and the manager was very responsive. Highly recommend!

Our host was fantastic! Location was perfect to reach many hiking trails. The home was serene, thoughtfully outfitted and very clean. She is not joking about the wildlife! Javelinas were very entertaining, thousands of birds at the bird feeder, coyotes were around but aloof (we respected them and kept at a distance). The hot tub is great and the sun porch perfect for the afternoons. We cannot say enough good about this place. Loved it!

Location cannot be beat. Huge perk to be so close to Cathedral trailhead and not need to worry about taking shuttles. Large rooms and beautiful setting. Everything we needed and more including a stocked fridge and pantry!

Check-in easy, excellent communication. I stayed on the deck for the whole day watching birds, javelinas and coyotes. Don’t look for a binder with a bunch of rules about stripping beds, emptying trash, etc owner wants you to relax. Can’t wait to come back!

I really cannot say enough about our stay! Adriana is wonderful, we were so happy to get to meet her. There are no pictures that could do justice for the views! This was our first trip to Sedona. I suffered a brain injury 4 years ago and my husband has moved mountains to get me better and keep me safe so I wanted to take him to the mountains for our wedding anniversary. We love animals, birdwatching, and just nature in general. This property is a mini nature preserve with javelina, coyotes, quail, etc. The hot tub was a huge plus after a day of hiking. I know you are thinking, hot tub in Arizona? Yes, we just turned the heater off and it was pool temperature. We actually had to turn it back on because it was too cold. I could go on and on but everything was just perfect.

This was our 2nd stay and still love it. We love the views, the peaceful atmosphere, dog friendliness and the wildlife. The home is clean and comfortable and we were so appreciative of the stocked fridge and pantry. The host is quick to respond and so accommodating. She goes over and above to make sure your stay is perfect. I loved sitting on the deck watching the birds, javelina, coyotes and deer dwell peacefully on the property & relaxing in the hot tub soaking up the views. We love that the home is dog friendly with a separate fenced in dog area for our furbabies. We will be back and this home is our stay of choice when in Sedona.

Amazing place!

I booked this beautiful place for 2 days and wished I had booked it for longer! Amazing views, and the host was not kidding about the wildlife! There was a family of 16 javelinas that spent most of the day napping just outside the house, and even saw a coyote passing through! Hope to stay there again sometime!

We had a great time staying here! The host was so kind, welcoming, and had great communication. Easy check in process. The wildlife was amazing - so many javelinas, a few coyotes and lots of birds. Great view of Cathedral Rock - secluded but close to town at the same time. Would stay here again the next time we’re in Sedona!
