The Space:

Unwind in the spacious living area on the comfortable couch or indulge in conversation on the large leather chairs after exploring all Sedona has to offer. Cozy up by the fireplace and watch a movie on the smart TV.



Create a fine dining experience at home in the fully equipped chef's kitchen and share in a delicious meal around the large 6 person dining table overlooking the beauty of Sedona.



Prioritize your fitness with the Peloton bike area in the garage, and enjoy the recreational experience of the ping pong table located there as well. Open the garage to enjoy these guest amenities in the fresh, open air.



Relax in the primary bedroom with a king bed and cozy linens. Use the dedicate work space in the primary bedroom, then step right out to the patio to kick back after working. Luxuriate in the soaker tub in the full primary bathroom with a standing shower and makeup vanity.



Wake up to red rock views in one of the other additional bedrooms offering a king bed or queen bed with ample storage.



The second full bathroom right off of the third bedroom comes supplied with all bathing needs and large vanity.



Sip coffee on the back porch while gazing at the incredible views of Thunder Mountain or get lost under the stars around the fire pit. Take in all the wonder of Sedona at your home in the Bella Vista Retreat.



Please note that the owners car is stored in one side of the garage for seasonal use when guests are not staying at the home. We are able to accommodate one well behaved dog per reservation!



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home and outdoor areas. Guests will be provided with consumables for the initial part of their stay, but will be responsible for their own consumables during the total duration of the stay given this is is a 30 day minimum rental.



Other Things to Note:

Our gated community is a safe and quiet, so we ask all guests to be very respectful of their noise levels while staying at The Bella Vista Retreat, and comply to the dark sky code with all outside lights out by 10pm as well.



Sedona is a desert, so there is an abundance of wildlife, bugs and pests. We pull every stop with pest control and deterrent, however, there will always be a presence outside our control. We recommend to leave gates, doors, and screen-less windows closed. Always pay attention to your surroundings.



Interaction with Guests:

If you are staying longer than 30 days, we are required to perform a maintenance inspection to ensure that the functional elements of the home are kept in 5 star shape for your usage/ stay.
