This is a wonderfully located place to stay. It is very easy to get to all the fun places in Sedona from here. Our kids loved the pool and the pickleball court.

The views were incredible and the backyard was honestly the highlight of the property great setup and a perfect place to hang out. That part we really enjoyed.However, the sleeping arrangements weren’t what we expected based on the listing. To fit the number of people it claimed to accommodate, we had folks doubling up in bunk beds, sharing smaller beds, and even sleeping on couches. Definitely not ideal for a group.The house itself also felt more like a mobile home that had been dressed up for photos, and a few of the appliances were frustrating. The stove and coffee maker, in particular, worked pretty poorly, which made cooking and mornings more annoying than they needed to be.Overall, beautiful views and a great backyard, but the interior and functionality didn’t live up to the listing or the price they are charging.

The property’s location is absolutely stunning—surrounded by hiking trails and offering a lovely outdoor space. The outdoor amenities, including the pool, pickleball court, and fire pits, are great. However, when you’re paying a premium price, you expect the home to match the listing and the hosts to be responsive and transparent. We had 13 women stay for a 40th birthday celebration and specifically chose this home for the number of king-size beds advertised. The night before check-in, we discovered only one bed was actually king-size. This was a major issue, as women had agreed to share beds with people they didn't know well. After reaching out immediately, we experienced drawn-out communication with no resolution offered—despite the hosts acknowledging the listing had recently changed. We booked five months earlier and were never informed. When we requested a one-night refund, it was denied. VRBO offered cancellation, but that wasn’t feasible given everyone had already traveled from across the country.As vacation rental hosts ourselves, we found the lack of accountability disappointing. We eventually received a small refund, but only after persistent follow-up. Additional issues: bathroom doors not latching, nonfunctional dressers, broken coffee machines, several outdoor lights not working and a construction crew unexpectedly arriving to work on the pickleball court during our planned tournament.Setting is beautiful, but the experience felt impersonal and misrepresented.

Highly recommend! We chose this property because we were in Sedona for our wedding. Originally, we booked a hotel room and so did our Family and friends.., but decided we wanted a space where we could entertain family and friends. It was the perfect location and we couldnt have asked for a better place.! the house is absolutely stunning and the property has everything you can possibly want. The management company was absolutely amazing.! They were easy to communicate with and would check on you to make sure that everything is fine and wanted to know if you needed anything. With regards to location it is perfectly located! Easy to get to everything including tons of hiking right around the property location.
