Escape to our stunning 3 Bedroom villa in a golfing community. Enjoy the sunny weather and friendly locals.
Experience the sense of family and serenity in the neighborhood. Our past listings received great reviews from business travelers and couples alike.
Come and experience the calm of this neighborhood and create memories that will last a lifetime.
The living room has nice couches and a smart TV for your enjoyment.
The Master bedroom has a queen size bed, fit for 2 people, and its own hotel styled bathroom, and walk in closet.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and closet space.
The third bedroom has a day bed (bed underneath) fit for 3 people, closet space, and a foosball table for recreational play.
Their is a patio in the back overlooking a well kept backyard.
The garage is currently full and therefore cannot hold any cars. However there is a washer and dryer free to use with detergent in the garage of the property.
Guests have access to their entire side of the property and patio to roam around and enjoy.
You cannot park any cars in the garage, as there is no space. There is space for two cars in the driveway.
Although I won`t be available in person, I am just a quick text away to help you enjoy your stay as much as possible.
Sun `N Lake, Sebring, Florida is a beautiful 36-hole championship golf community with tennis courts, a swimming pool, and more. This community boasts excellent choices for eating, churches, Advent Health hospital and doctor`s offices to meet all your medical needs. Sebring is located in Central Florida, and occupies the southern end of the Lake Wales Ridge, a 100-mile-long range of sand hills, scrub, and freshwater lakes.
This is a duplex with a neighboring wall.
You can find extra pillows, blankets, and bed sheets around the house.
There are cleaning supplies around the house you can use at your disposal.
We do not provide any Roku accounts, if you log-in, remember to log out.
You cannot park any cars in the garage, as there is no space. There is space for two cars in the driveway.
** NOTE
For guest safety and property protection, we may request ID verification and may collect either a refundable damage deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver fee prior to arrival (platform rules permitting).
Dishes should be washed and replaced upon departure
Refrigerator should be emptied upon departure
Food should be kept out of bedrooms
No moving of furniture
No loud music or loud media
Trash should be collected and thrown in the big bins on side of house
