Sebastian Tropical Sanctuary

Il s'agit d'une propriété vraiment unique qui a récemment subi une rénovation complÚte. Comptoirs en marbre, appareils de mise à niveau, tuiles et boiseries personnalisées, plafonds voûtés avec puits de lumiÚre mécaniques, systÚme audio de haut-parleur Bluetooth, parking, etc. La propriété dispose d'un étang (d'énormes koi de 20 ans et un troupeau de canards sympathiques) avec une terrasse donnant sur, un éclairage paysager, un barbecue et un canoë. La piscine est grande avec une piscine d'eau salée et une mosaïque personnalisée de 250 pieds carrés. Une attention particuliÚre aux détails est évidente à chaque tournant. :)

Cette maison dispose d'une suite principale complÚte, avec douche privée. Il y a deux chambres supplémentaires, une qui se double d'une taniÚre.

~ La cuisine a des dessus en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable.

~ Internet par cĂąble et sans fil (Wifi).

~ Garage pour deux voitures.

~ Laveuse et sécheuse.

Idéalement situé à Sebastian et à proximité du golf, de l'aéroport de Sebastian et du centre de parachutisme, à moins de 5 km de la riviÚre Indian et à 11 km de l'océan.

Sebastian a plusieurs restaurants et bars au bord de l'eau, des rampes de mise Ă  l'eau et des sentiers pĂ©destres. Il est Ă©galement Ă  moins d'une heure de l'aĂ©roport d'Orlando, de Disney, de Sea World, de Cap Canaveral, des parcs aquatiques, des jardins botaniques, du thĂ©Ăątre Riverside (et autres), du Vero Art Center, du zoo de Brevard, et la liste ne s'arrĂȘte pas ... pour mentionner la grande pĂȘche!

Pretty Paradise

This home has everything: pool, pond with coi, ducks, various birds, lovely yard. Quiet neighborhood and a great location to stores and restaurants. Home has a great layout, divided floor plan for bedrooms. We had a wonderful vacation visiting family and friends.

The house was really nice, and the pool and outside area was wonderful. The pond was cool and the ducks were really funny, we had fun feeding them peas and boy do they love peas!!! The neighborhood is safe and really nice for taking walks. Kathy was a great host and we would love to stay here again.

Family vacation at Kathy’s Flamingo Lounge

Let me start by saying I could not have asked for anything more! All you need is a tooth brush and clothing to enjoy yourself. Pool was magnificent. House decor meticulously furnished. Beds soooo comfortable. Ducks to feed in the pond. We came with our son and had the most comfortable enjoyable time. I would recommend 100 out of 100.

Tropical serenity

This is our second time staying at this home and it is always so relaxing. My only complaint is that the pool area which needed to be cleaned up a little bit. They were leaves in the gutter which dripped onto the tile. The chair pads needed to be replaced. The house inside was lovely. We did love the pool and lanai very much, but just needs to be cleaned up more before guest come in.

Oasis is correct!

We had a great time at this property, everything was working well and as described. The highlight being the 'Florida room', quite large, quiet neighborhood, great pool. For wildlife lovers, don't miss the TM Goodwin waterfowl management area - just a short drive from this home.

Relaxation with the comforts of home

We booked this home during the week of the Grant Seafood Festival which has been a traditional visit for us and my brother and sister-in-law. The location for the festival as well as local Sebastian and Vero Beach restaurants was perfect. The extra bonus was the heated pool, the pond with koi and ducks and the well furnished and and supplied home of all the needed amenities. Walking our dog through the neighborhood was a pleasure - quiet streets and friendly neighbors. We recommend staying here and will consider a return visit.

Perfect Escape

The property offers every comfort of home and more. The private pool and its surrounding lanai, side yard and duck pond provide opportunities to disconnect from the stresses of life and escape with nature and tranquility. There are beautiful rivers, lakes and beaches within minutes as well as many great restaurants and stores for all. We enjoyed this cozy home with pool. Communication with host was great! Kathy was very accommodating and added a crib to home for us. We enjoyed the pool daily and plenty of seating and pool was larger than pictures. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay on your property for our one year wedding anniversary with our pup,! It was very well-maintained. We enjoyed the heated pool and the neighborhood was quiet 
enjoyed our walks and we visited around the surrounding areas each day beach and dog friendly restaurants! We definitely would come back and visit. The property manager -host was fabulous as well , always available for anything that would arise! Thank you ! Relaxation Retreat

We couldn't have asked for anything better. The house was beautiful, the pool was fabulous, and I can't say enough about the outdoor areas. We could sit by the pool and enjoy it as well as the beautiful mosaic wall, or hang out by the pond and enjoy watching the ducks and feed the fish. The neighborhood was quite and peaceful and only a few minutes to the beach. Can't wait to go back!
