HOUSE RULES:
- Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless prior approval is obtained.
- No smoking or use of drugs allowed
- No parties or events allowed (must be pre-cleared with Host/Property Owner, insurance deposit required)
- Check-in time 4pm onwards
- No Extra/Overnight guests (i.e. you have more guests than listed in reservation or if the number doesn’t match we reserve the right to cancel reservation)
- No mail delivered here (unless pre-approved head of time)
- No moving/rearranging furnitures
- No unplugging electronics like TVs, lamps, etc.
- No disrespecting/disturbing the neighbors
- No loud music after 10pm
- 11am is check out time
