• Main Level (Primary Living): Open living room with Smart TV and fireplace, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Step out to the upper deck for morning coffee, evening wine, or peekaboo Puget Sound views. The primary bedroom (queen bed) includes a cozy reading nook and ensuite bath.

• Children’s Loft: Accessible from the living room, this ladder-loft nook is stocked with books and toys—a perfect play space for younger travelers.

• Lower Level: Features two bedrooms—one with a king bed and another with a double + twin bed—plus a full bath and laundry room. A lounge nook leads out to the lower covered patio with a swing chair and outdoor seating.

• Backyard: From the lower patio, head down to the fire pit area.

Child Supervision – Loft Play Area

The children’s loft play area is accessible by a steep ladder. For safety, we ask that children do not climb or play in the loft without direct adult supervision. Very young children should not use the ladder. Please use extra caution when accessing this space.



Guest Access:

You’ll have the entire home, yard, and deck to yourself. Self check-in with a secure code makes arrival easy, with detailed instructions sent 24 hours before your stay.

Located in the heart of West Seattle, this home balances laid-back charm with city convenience:

• The Junction – 5–10 min walk to shops, restaurants, cafés, and local favorites

• North Admiral – 5 mins by car for even more dining and boutique shopping

• Alki Beach – less than 10 mins for beach days, sunset strolls, and waterfront dining

• Lincoln Park – 10 mins for forested trails, waterfront views, and the saltwater pool

• Downtown Seattle – 10–15 mins by car or water taxi



Explore local coffee shops, restaurants, and boutiques nearby, or head down to the beach for sunsets and waterfront strolls.



Getting Around:

Driving is easiest here—there’s parking for two cars in the driveway plus free street parking.

Need a ride? We highly recommend using ride-sharing services.

Prefer public transit? Several bus routes nearby make it easy to get downtown or explore other parts of the city without a car.



Other Things to Note:

• Please note: The children’s loft is accessed via a steep ladder. Young children should not climb or play in the loft without direct adult supervision.

• Solo Stove fire pit is yours to use during your stay, we do not provide firewood but there are plenty of places to get it nearby

• Minimal window coverings in some areas—bring a sleep mask if sensitive to light

• Noise-monitoring device installed (no audio recorded)

• Electricity allowance of 75 kWh/day included; excess billed post-stay

• ID verification, credit card match, and signed rental agreement required before check-in

• Flexible cancellation: Full refund up to 24 hrs before check-in

• Professionally cleaned and inspected before every stay

• Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. We ask guests to please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.



TERMS OF SERVICE

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that all guests will be required to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and the condition of the booking.
