* Guests must climb stairs; there are stairs up from the street, and then down to the suite from the entrance to the building (see photos).
* This unit is on the lower level of a 1950s building in the city—some urban noise and noise transfer is possible.
* This unit can be combined with the upper level to sleep 8 (check my profile for listings).
* A floor plan is provided to help you visualize the layout.
🏡 House Rules – Fremont Bespoke Properties

1. Guests & Booking
* Guests must be 25+ years of age to book
* All guests 18+ must be added to the reservation; guests of any age must be disclosed prior to arrival
* Parties are not permitted
* Guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy for the unit booked.

2. Quiet Hours & Noise
* Please keep noise to a minimum from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
* Some noise transfer is natural in our mid-century home with wood floors; complimentary earplugs and white noise machines are provided for your comfort.

2. Smoking & Vaping
* Strictly no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas. This includes tobacco, marijuana, and electronic cigarettes. Violations will result in a minimum $1,000 charge.
* This should go without saying, but illicit drugs and criminal behavior are also prohibited.
* No lighting candles or incense in the unit

3. Pets
* We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs (additional fees may apply).
* Animals must be under guest’s supervision at all times and cannot be left unattended in the unit.
* Dogs must be leashed outdoors, and waste should be disposed of promptly in the trash.
* Dogs are not allowed on furniture, but if yours can’t resist, please cover the sofa with the provided pet blankets first (or bring your own!).
* Absolutely no pee pads.

4. Cleanliness & Respect for the Home
* We ask that you keep a tidy home for the duration of your stay. We have provided cleaning supplies to assist, especially for longer bookings.
* Additional cleaning fees may apply in rare cases, such as the following: excessively soiled or ruined linens, excess loose trash (unbagged), pet waste or excessive pet hair, smoke/vape odor, or other cleaning required beyond a typical check-out.
* Please do not take indoor items outside, or outside items inside (furniture, linens, etc).
* Please do not put away dirty linens or dishes. If you use the clean linens for the hide-a-bed, please leave them and the bin out so the cleaners know they have been used!

5. Check-in/Check-out
* Check-in is 4pm or later on the first day of your stay. Your unique door code will be sent to you 48-hours prior, and is programmed to start working at your check-in time!
* Check-out is at 11am or earlier on the final day of your stay.
* If you would like an early check-in or late check-out, please request it through the Touchstay Guidebook (linked in the messages) at least 24-hours prior.
* Late check-outs without prior authorization will be charged at a rate of $150/hr and are not prorated.

6. General Considerations
* Our home is close to neighbors and shares walls, so please be mindful of noise.
* Guests must climb stairs to access our home.
* For packages and mail, please utilize the nearby Sip & Ship or UPS store. Do not use the house address for mailing, as we cannot be responsible for lost or delayed packages.
* Violations of house rules may result in immediate cancellation of booking without refund.

This wonderful unit was clean and amazingly well located. There is a park immediately across the street great for dog walking. Several excellent restaurants are within walking distance, 15 minutes or so walk. The only issue was that this unit is in a basement which really was not an issue except when a guest was above us we could hear them walking. In fact we appreciated the basement as we believed it was cooler. The host graciously supplied ear plugs but these were not needed. We love our stay and would love to go back to this unit again!

Everything I needed

This property is exactly as pictured. A little retro and open floorplan. The bed was extremely comfortable and the apartment had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. There definitely were a lot of stairs so I next time I would pack two smaller suitcases instead of one large 50 lb case that was a struggle to get up and down. LOL Other than my foolishness for overpacking, this property provided a great respite. I didn't hear the neighbors as others did, but the provided earplugs were still welcome as it's always a challenge sleeping in an unfamiliar setting. The kitchen is darling and I was able to cook all my meals. Fred Meyer was just 3 blocks or so away so I could walk to get groceries. I did speak to the owner on one occasion and she was very kind and accommodating. Overall, just exactly what I needed for this trip, thank you so much!

Seattle Cottage stay

My sister and i are both in our late 60’s early 70’s the stairs to the door were a little daunting, and it was not readily apparent. But we are both in pretty good shape and managed them pretty well, tsking our suitcases up snd down was challenging! But overall the place was delightful! Peaceful snd quiet and close to all main attractions!

A perfect weekend stay

Our stay at FremontBespoke was absolutely terrific. The apartment is in a great location and finding parking nearby was never an issue. It had everything we needed and communication with Caitlin was easy peasy. Thank you again for everything, Caitlin! It can get a bit loud given that the unit sits under another apartment, but the provided earplugs did the trick. Overall, we highly recommend staying there and hope to rent their other listing in Port Angeles soon!

A little gem in Fremont

Stayed with a friend for a week. Property was accurately described. Host is extremely accommodating and swiftly provided a few items that were low or missing. Towards the second half of our stay the upstairs tenants were extremely loud but not to the fault of the host at all.
