For those preferring public transportation, several bus stops are located within 0.6 mile, offering access to the Metro Transit system. Additionally, the nearby Eastgate Park & Ride provides a convenient option for commuters looking to access downtown Seattle or other nearby destinations via bus or carpool.



Other Things to Note:

- The hot water tank is a smaller size. If you're traveling with a larger group (more than 5 people), please stagger your showers to ensure everyone has access to hot water

- All bedrooms are located upstairs.

- A maximum of two pets are allowed. There is a fee of $150 per pet or $300 for two pets.

- The detached garage at the back is reserved for owner storage and is not available for guests. Guests can park in the driveway.

- The property features skylights in the bathroom and main living area. Please note that there are no blinds for these skylights.

- The property is close to West Lake Sammamish Parkway so there may be road noise if windows are open.

- Driveway from West Lake Sammamish Parkway to house is very steep so can be challenging when it is snowy

Spent 2 nights at this home and appreciated having an affordable option for staying in the Bellevue area. We were able to cook our own meals and relax in our own living spaces. Although this house was perfect for 3 adults and 3 teens, the amount of stairs and steep driveway might be of concern for young children and those with mobility issues. Finding the driveway at night is a little tricky the first time

Nice property with a lovely lake view. Also a nice established trail off the back lot (includes a small waterfall). Plenty of space for the whole family. Large kitchen area. Very responsive host. Twin bedroom had some heating issues but it looked like they were working on it. We would definitely stay again.

The property was as described and pictured. It was a beautiful location with magnificent views of Lake Sammamish. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating as we prepared for our first day at the property. They communicated often and answered all of our questions. We really felt comfortable at the property and enjoyed ourselves during our stay.

power loss

We were pleased with the property. The house was immaculate! On the second day of our stay, we lost all the power due to the storm and never got it back. With no heat and no internet, we had to charge our phones in the car for the rest of the stay (3 days), and of course, we couldn't use any of the amenities in the house. We have yet to hear from the property managers and have received no help, discount, or refund for the property. I would give it five stars otherwise. The situation was handled poorly.
