Storybook Farmhouse Estate

Welcome to Troubadour Farm in the heart of Woodinville Wine Country. There's magic around every corner of this charming historic estate. Perfect for groups of all kinds, the farm features two full primary suites with additional room for up to 16 guests. Relax in the indoor pool, hot tub or sauna. Kids will love the covered outdoor play arena and cozy attic play space. The back deck is the perfect place to gather and enjoy the view of the expansive property. Upscale farm living at its best!

Perfectly located on a sunny four acres on the top of Hollywood Hill, Troubadour Farm offers parking for up to eight vehicles. The main entry is through a garden courtyard in the front of the house. The main level features three distinct living areas with two dining areas. The first primary suite is located at the ground floor level for easy access. Kitchen & office are also on the main level. The second floor features the second primary suite along with three additional bedrooms. The first additional bedroom has a full bed and bunk beds. The second has a charming twin bed. The third has a queen bed. Additional full bath on 2nd level serves these three bedrooms. The 3rd floor is the large attic space with a queen bed, bunk beds a half bath and plenty of toys! Back on ground level, the garage doubles as a game room with treadmill, rowing machine & weight set. The pool is off the main living area and includes the hot tub. Then there is the amazing yard and fields to play in and explore!

A BBQ is provided for guest use. Instructions on pool use are in the house manual. The sauna is located in the lower level guest suite bathroom.

We loved our stay at the farmhouse. There was plenty of room to spread out and also to gather. We hosted a family birthday/xmas dinner and we could easily entertain with the well-stocked kitchen. We will absolutely book it again when we are in the area.

Fabulous property on 5 acres with apple trees and plenty of places for adults to explore and kids to play,and the host was available 24 seven for Questions. Our extended family loved the indoor heated pool with multiple pool toys– floats – Life preservers , water, basketball, and water volleyball, in-home toys, and children’s games, expensive, comfortable rooms with large windows and beautiful views, large outdoor play yard with swing sets slides Playhouse and High roofcovered which allowed use in the rain, large barbecue, outdoor lights, beautiful neighborhood to walk down the safe non-traffickedtree line roadway cul-de-sac. The kitchen was well stocked with every appliance that one would need for making family dinners for the 10 of us. We would rate this a 10 out of 10 property.

Staying at this stunning home and property was one of the highlights of our family wedding weekend! It is beautifully furnished and has several large yet warm and welcoming spaces for games, gathering, and conversation. The bridal party stopped by, intending to head out to local nightlife, but ended up staying together around the huge casual dining table, moving to the nearby family room as they played card games and had fun getting to know each other better. The rest of us enjoyed quieter conversations in the two other living rooms--it was perfect. I wish we could have stayed longer, but the family is already talking about a return visit, possibly next year. Everyone agrees it is a spectacular spot for a get-away, with comfortable accomodations and thoughtful amenities throughout (including a fabulous welcome basket!). Thank you to our wonderful hosts whose excellent and reassuring communications were very appreciated by this slightly stressed mother of the groom! I absolutely recommend the farmhouse to any group looking to spend quality time together in a lovely, relaxing setting.

Fantastic place! Incredibly well equipped for your every need! We were in town for our son’s wedding with extended family and this was the perfect place. Great location! Great amenities! Great communications with Brett!!! We had the ladies all get ready for the wedding with hair and makeup being done and pre wedding photos with the couple. PERFECT!! We would highly recommend this property!!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property in Woodinville. The home was spacious, well-maintained, and perfect for our group. We did encounter a couple of very minor hiccups due to a new cleaning crew, but Brett was incredibly responsive and accommodating — they addressed everything quickly and made sure we were well taken care of. Their communication was clear and proactive, which made all the difference. The space was very thoughtfully curated and you can tell they take w lot of pride in creating a welcoming and relaxing getaway. The kids loved the pool and all of the family friendly spaces. We truly had the best time and would absolutely stay here again. Five stars all around!

This place was wonderful! Highly recommend!

My wife and I stayed here with our bridal party during our wedding weekend. The place was amazing and Brett was a fantastic host. They were very responsive and always checked in to make sure things were going well. They made accommodations for us to check in early and allowed us to have our rehearsal dinner here. We had an absolutely amazing time. I am sure we will look for a chance to come back to this beautiful VRBO.

Absolutely extraordinary property

This is a fabulous property. The listing and photos are 100% accurate. The hosts (Brett & Carley) are kind, thoughtful and very responsive. The property has exceptional facilities including an indoor pool and sauna. The hosts have thoughtfully provided everything to make your stay comfortable. I was astonished that they even provided wheelchair ramps for easy accessibility during our stay. The house, outdoor living spaces and grounds are all immaculately maintained. The linens were top of the line. The home is wonderfully decorated with a combination of antiques and contemporary furnishings. It's a beautiful home and location, well suited for a quiet weekend getaway or a large family gathering.You'll truly enjoy your stay at Troubadour Farm we were certainly disappointed when our stay was over!

Family Thanksgiving

We all enjoyed this spacious home celebrating a wonderful weekend. Having planned a full Thanksgiving menu, the kitchen was perfect in providing ample space and accommodating appliances. There are numerous amenities with this property of which all are excellent.

Lovely Family Get Together

The Storybook Farmhouse fulfilled all of our expectations for a place to host my 60th birthday family get together. The house is beautiful and big with a plethora of things to do right at the property. While we did a few local excursions (paddle boarding at Cottage Lake, hiking at both Gold Creek Park and Paradise Valley Conservation Area, playing at the 132nd Square Park), we spent a lot of time at the house. Even after 3 1/2 days there we left wishing we had more time to utilize the property. There are also plenty of things to do nearby, but our priority was time together. The kitchen and grill were perfect for a chef friend to come and cater my birthday dinner. We ate outside on the lovely porch with a fire in the firepit afterwards. The front hide-a-bed room worked perfectly for a couple of people in the family that needed a quiet desk to work at for part of a day. Brett was a wonderful host and quick to respond. We had only one minor issue, and he came by right away to take care of it. Entry instructions were timely sent and easy to follow. Check out instructions were not burdensome. I will long treasure my grandkids' faces when they saw the bedrooms they were going to sleep in, and their further surprise when they saw all of the toys upstairs. If we do another Washington based family vacation we will choose this house again:)

Absolutely wonderful stay in Woodinville!

5-star property, hosts, and overall experience. Highly recommend! Our family had the most wonderful time at Troubadour Farm. The house and property are exactly as pictured. Brett, the host, was friendly, responsive and accommodating - ensuring we had everything we need & more. We had a family reunion with 8 adults and 4 kids, and everyone in our group - from the kids to the grandparents - absolutely loved the house which is simultaneously charming and modern. We made great use of the pool, playground arena, upstairs playroom, backyard, fire pit and outdoor patio furniture. Before we had checked out, we were already talking about planning a trip for next year to the same house because it was so perfect. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Graduation Party

Everything was perfect for our graduation party. A lot of space both in and out of the house. A lot of activities you can come up with during the day and night as well. The host was very clear about everything. Communication was never a problem. We had a really great time with family. I’m definitely going back.

Wonderful weekend away
