📝 Things to note
- A BBQ grill is provided in the yard. However, we are not providing *propane tanks*, so you will need to get those at your own expense if you plan to use the grill.
- This home features multiple levels with stairs throughout. While it offers spacious and comfortable living, it may not be ideal for guests with mobility concerns or older individuals who prefer fewer stairs. Please consider this when booking.

📍 Located in the quiet and charming North Beacon Hill neighborhood, you`re just minutes from downtown Seattle, I-90, and light rail. Explore local parks, coffee shops, and scenic views right in the neighborhood.

You will have full access to the entire house and outdoor amenities.

1. đŸš«ă€No Drugs or Marijuana Use】
For the health, safety, and comfort of all our guests and neighbors, the use or possession of illegal drugs or marijuana is strictly prohibited on the property, including indoors, outdoor spaces, and common areas.
Violating this rule may result in immediate eviction without refund and additional cleaning or deodorizing fees.

2. đŸš«đŸŽ‰ă€NO PARTY OR EVENT】
We have security system and outside surveillance cameras that will be triggered by noise and motion. We will call Airbnb to force evacuating the party groups based on Airbnb`s policy. $300 fines will be charged for violating the rule.

3.đŸ€«ă€QUIET HOURS 10PM-8AM】
We try really hard to be clear about our expectations of our guests as well as what you can expect from our homes, and we believe most of our guests understand that and are awesome! But we did have enough trouble incidents that we have felt the need to outline in detail the guidelines we expect guests to follow, first and foremost being the quiet hours between 10pm and 8am which is really for the sake of our neighbors sanity. Really our goal is to provide the most a comfortable and clean well kept rental home, as well as, an awesome Seattle experience.

4.đŸš«đŸšŹă€NO SMOKING】
If any signs of smoking are detected, the guests agree to pay a $300 violation fee.

5.đŸš«đŸˆđŸ•ă€NO ANIMAL】
Unfortunately this property is animal-free, NOT animal friendly because the homeowner is highly allergic to animal danders/hairs. We`ve got exemption from Airbnb so please DON`T book if you plan to bring an animal with you. Also note if an unauthorized animal is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.

6. đŸš«đŸ‘žă€NO SHOES】
We appreciate that you are helping to take care of the cleanliness of our house! Please kindly remove your shoes when you enter the house.

7.âš ïžă€Self Catering】
This is a self catering home. We will provide an initial starter supply such as toilet paper, etc. Extra supplies will need to be purchased from the store at your cost.

8.đŸ’Œă€Early check-in】
We’ll be happy to accommodate early check-in whenever we can but availability is based on whether there are guests checking out on the same day as your arrival, so we can ONLY approve on a case by case basis – usually 1 day prior to your check-in date. Additional fee might apply.

9.âœˆïžă€Late check-out】
We’ll also be happy to offer late check-out when it is possible but the availability will depend on whether we have same day turn-over that day. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accommodate late check-out requests made on your check-out date. We will need at least 1 day notice to coordinate the late check-out with our cleaning teams. Additional fee might apply.

10.🚼【Dispose trash in the right bins】
Please sort out garbage and recycles and dispose those into appropriate cans. If you are not sure, please leave them inside house and our cleaning crew will take care of them.

11. 📼【Lost & Found】
Please take all of your personal belongings before you check out. We are NOT responsible for any lost or missing personal belongings left by the guests on the property. If you forget something at the house and would like us to ship it back to you, we will charge $50 handling fee along with the actual shipping fee (receipt will be provided).

Les points forts : Propreté
The house worked fine for us but it was lacking things that would have made our 10 stay easier and better. Issues we had included: ran out of hot water for showers even though they were spaced out over several hours, packages stolen from the front door, limited parking, pillows in all the rooms were very uncomfortable to all of us, limited to no supplies provided in the home (toiletries, cooking supplies, ice -we ended up buying our own ice cube trays so we could have ice). We stay in VRBO homes monthly so we have a good feel for what is normally provided and we can reasonably expect. I would not stay here again next year when we are back in Seattle.
