Welcome to our spacious and bright home in the heart of Capitol Hill! This vintage home has been updated with modern decor and features 4 spacious bedrooms, each with queen beds. The abundance of natural light creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. With a huge on-site parking lot for 3+ cars, finding parking in downtown Seattle has never been easier. Perfect for families or groups, come stay with us and experience the best of Capitol Hill living!

The home has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and is 2580 sqft. This is a story + basement single family home with a few steps at entry

**About the Reservation**
‱ In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
‱ We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
‱ For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.

‱ We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing.

**House Rules**
‱ This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.
‱ Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience! We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and the amenities were top-notch. We loved the cool Capitol Hill location—it was so convenient for exploring. The host's communication was prompt and helpful throughout our entire trip. To top it off, they were extremely understanding when we asked to stay a bit longer to avoid the rain with all our luggage. That extra hour made a huge difference! This place is a fantastic value, and we will absolutely be back on our next visit.

We really enjoyed our stay in Seattle. The property felt safe and quiet, which made it easy to relax after a long day exploring the city. The location was fantastic, close to shopping, dining options, and grocery stores, and everything was very walkable. Parking was easy, which was a huge bonus. The home was clean and comfortable, and staff were helpful and welcoming. We also appreciated how close it was to local culture and attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring the area. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

Met its purpose in a fabulous/convenient location

Family trip to celebrate UW graduation. It was hard to find a place big enough to include all family but be close to lightrail for easy access to graduation. Lightrail/Capitol Hill station was only a few blocks so very accessible.The location of this house was fabulous -- close walk to beautiful park/beautiful neighborhood & a block away from fabulous food. Parking in the back of the house was awesome for the college kids helping us celebrate.The limited number of towels was surprising/frustrating but there was a washer/dryer which helped.There was also no cleaning supplies to be able to clean up during our 4-day stay or tidy up before we left (if there was, we did not find in the normal spots).We definitely appreciated all of the portable fans (as we were in Seattle during a very warm period).And the coffee bar was awesome - thank you!

Great Location!

This home was the perfect amount of space for our group of 6. The rooms are comfortable and there is a restroom on each level. It was easy to find dishes, utensils, coffee and tea. The home was very clean. There is some traffic noise, but there is a fan available for each upstairs room, which helps with temperature and street noise. The driveway itself is somewhat narrow, but there is ample space to park at the top (rear of house). There are good restaurant options nearby, as well as a delicious bakery and QFC grocery. It is about 1/2 mile to Capitol Hill Sound transit station, where it is easy to catch the light rail to several places. One stop on the light rail to Westlake center, and a short walk to Pike’s Market or the monorail to Seattle Center (Space Needle, etc). We would definitely stay here again!

Great location and comfortable stay.

Weekend girls trip for 6 and this place was the perfect spot. Large enough to easily give everyone own space and easy walking distance to light rail train to explore Seattle. Comfortable beds, black out curtains in the bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen with coffee supplied, and easy and quick communication with host.

House was nice and in a good location. Upstairs central air wasn’t working and there were in room fans/AC. That should have been explained in the listing. Also there were small black bugs on the kitchen counter around the sink.

Great stay

Really comfortable stay here. House is on a main road but not a lot of traffic, short walk to restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops and grocery store. Mix of students and commuters with relaxed vibe. 10 min drive to Pike Place/Waterfront area. Large dining room, big modern tv, and plenty of space for everyone. Comfortable beds. AC downstairs and portable (and noisy) AC units in the bedrooms. One thing to note is that one of the bedrooms is downstairs in the basement. Nice room but kids and young teens may refuse to sleep down there ;) We were two families with 4 kids ages 5-13.

Terrific home base for Seattle stay!

This was the perfect location and house for a family trip celebrating our daughter's graduation from UW! We had three generations, the youngest being our 5- and 7-year-olds, and all loved it! After past trips, having parking for our car was a must, and this actually had space for three cars. Unheard of in Seattle. Truth be told, the location is easy walking distance to all forms of mass transit and a QFC grocery store, so we didn't need to use our car once we got settled. We went to Pike Place Market, to the university, and out to meals and never had to contend with driving. We didn't have time to even make a dent in all the great Capitol Hill restaurants within a few blocks. The house is as it's presented - bright and airy. The bedrooms are large with great beds. It was warmer than usual, and we were concerned when we first walked in that it was going to be uncomfortably hot. But there are large cooling units in the bedrooms, which worked well. Customer service was responsive and friendly. Overall, a great home base for us!
