With 3 comfortable queen bedrooms sleeping up to 6 guests, you'll have plenty of space to spread out and truly relax. Step into our high-ceiling living room with a cozy fireplace and piano, then discover thoughtful touches throughout â from the fully-stocked gourmet kitchen to the charming garden house with hammock for infants. You're just minutes from the stunning 20-acre Kubota Garden and beautiful Lake Washington shores at Be'er Sheva Park, while downtown Seattle remains easily accessible via Light Rail. Whether you're here for outdoor adventures, city exploration, or simply to unwind in our peaceful garden oasis, this home provides everything you need for an unforgettable Seattle experience! đČ

**About the Reservation**
âą In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
âą We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
âą For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.

âą We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing.
**House Rules**
âą This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.
âą Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
