Note: Homeowners do live on the property and share the parking area. The Bungalow’s deck overlooks the only entrance to the property. You can expect to see minimal in and out traffic, as homeowners go about their day. However, the home is across bridges and faces opposite of unit for maximum privacy.
Guest access
Beautiful grassy area with carved benches directly in front of bungalow. Gorgeous rock steps to easily access beach. You are welcome to cross the bridge to the other side to access the boat ramp to beach, as this side tends to have more “beach”, even when the tide is high. Fire pit access is available up on request, although it is viewable/close to the homeowners side and not as private.
