3 story + rooftop townhouse

Parking - Dedicated parking spot in the alley behind the building. Please look for the markings and refer to the communication from us.

Front Door - Unit B is located in the building backing into the ally. It is the middle unit.

Main level

Walk into our unit and immediately see a mounted touchscreen digital concierge. This digital device will communicate guest reservation info, wifi info, house rules, any 'need-to-knows,' local recommendations, experience recommendations, book additional services, communicate with us (the hosts), look up the local weather and so much more! We invite you to explore and play around with this feature!


-Living Room
Walk in from the front door immediately to the living room. Living room is furnished with leather couch, mounted 50" TV w/streaming capability, additional poufs for comfort, and a modern dining table with chairs. Additional dining chairs for seating is located on property. Mounted/ductless A/C unit is located in the living room.

-Kitchen
Our Mid-century kitchen is stocked and ready to be enjoyed! The kitchen has electric Kitchenaid stove top/oven, Kitchenaid microwave & dishwasher. Large single sink, 17 cu ft. Fisher & Paykel fridge. Stocked with cooking utensils, bakeware, Caraway pots/pans, Crate & Barrel baking dishes, blender/individual smoothie maker, toaster, coffee maker, coffee grinder, electric kettle and many more! Dine on stylish Crate & Barrel dishes while drinking from West Elm drinkware.

- Bathroom - The main level has a powder room for guests located between the living room and kitchen.

Second Floor
- Bdrm 1: Queen size bed with Saavta mattress and Brooklinen sheets. Room is tastefully decorated as mid-century sophistication meets Williamsburg hip. Built-in cell phone stands on each side of the bed so you never struggle finding a spot for your phone again. Closet has 2 drawer storage. Side tables with access to outlets for cellphone, watches, etc..

- Stacked front load Washer/Dryer is located on second floor. Non-toxic powdered laundry detergent and dryer sheets/dryer balls provided. Iron and ironing board hanging on the inside of the laundry closet.

- Bathroom - Full bath with Brooklinen towels. Dark face towels and makeup removing cloths are provided. Hairdryer can be located under the sink.

- Bdrm 2: Stylish modern boho vide, this room is furnished with a queen size bed, Saavta mattress and Brooklinen sheets. Side tables with access to outlets for cellphone, watches, etc... 42" mounted TV has streaming capabilities. Enjoy the organic feel of a hanging air-filtering plant.

Third Floor
- The third floor is the primary (master) floor complete with primary bedroom, private balcony and large bathroom. Thoughtfully designed with a modern but organic feel, the primary bedroom gets lots of light, offers a TV with streaming capability, dresser with ample storage & side tables for cellphone/storage. In the warmer months, enjoy the ductless A/C mounted in the bedroom. All plants in the primary room are air-filtering plants to ensure the highest quality air for your stay.

- The primary balcony opens directly from the primary room. The balcony has two large outdoor chairs with ottomans (which can be used for additional seating) and side tables for coffee, wine or a laptop. Although the rooftop is the best place for a view, the private balcony provides guests fresh air and a quiet, secluded space. Enjoy the most sun in the afternoon.

- Primary bathroom is large with two sinks, a large shower and a walk-in closet. All towels are Brooklinen. Walk-in closet has plenty of room for clothes, luggage and any needed storage.

- Rooftop
The best part of the house is the view! Whether you want to have a romantic dinner overlooking the city or front row seats to the Fourth of July or NYE's fireworks, the rooftop is not to be missed. We have furnished the rooftop to please all! Watch a game on the outdoor TV or enjoy sitting around the 8 person dining table with built-in fire pit. In the summer months, it is complete with a grill and bar cart. As the weather gets warmer, the rooftop planters will have seasonal herbs to cook with or to garnish your favorite cocktails (no pesticides have been used while maintaining the plants). Rooftop blankets (Nordstrom brand) are provided for the crisp fall nights.

**Please note that the city of Seattle has a noise ordinance that goes into effect at 10pm and does not end until 7am. Please be respectful of our neighbors and neighborhood by adhering to this ordinance.

Note: You will find small intentional things throughout the house, such as refillable hand soap/shampoo/conditioner containers & compostable sponges, as part of our way to reduce our single use plastic consumption & help the planet.

***Infants/Toddlers: While the stairs in the unit are not ideal for kids learning or not able to do stairs, we can provide a Pack n Play upon request. We would recommend keeping pack n play on the primary level (3rd level) as it is the floor with the most space. Please let us know if you would appreciate having children's plates/bowls/silverware on the property for children.

Amazing location and unit. It has everything you need. Just a few streets away from Lake Union where you can paddlers or swim. The city of Seattle is incredible during the summer. Not a better place to visit in the country. Thanks Jordan!

Perfect Weekend in Seattle

We had such a wonderful time staying at Jordan’s property. Everything was simple and easy from booking to checkout. The home is beautiful, thoughtfully decorated and curated, and extremely clean. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and we were in close proximity to everything we wanted to do this weekend. We didn’t have any issues and communication with the owner and property manager was great.

Great views and location

The property could not be more centrally located in Seattle. Just a few blocks from central highway but also Eastlake road, only a mile to UW to north and less than 10 mins to downtown to south. We traveled to just about every neighborhood in Seattle, as well Alki beach, Ballard locks, discovery park, and arboretum, and nothing more than 25 mins away. Access to 5 also made for easy trip to Rainier, stadiums, and central library. Property is as advertised in very safe and quiet neighborhood with stunning rooftop views of downtown and Aurora bridge. If you plan to explore a great city and have family or group, especially if you are walker or jogger, would strongly recommend.

Beautiful home, great location, toddler friendly!

We stayed at Jordan’s home over Christmas, two couples and my 2 year old. The house was gorgeous, updated and very clean. The rooms all had black out shades, which was a huge plus! The kitchen even had some dry goods, oils and spices, which was greatly appreciated! There was even an option to check in early and check out late if needed. I’ve never had such great service from a VRBO host before. Would love to stay here again! Thank you!

Great location and excellent service

Jordan was an excellent host. The property had everything available that we could possibly want. We were close to the wedding venue, restaurants, and stores. Jordan could not have done a better job with ease of check in and check out. The biggest drawback is the parking. With only one parking place, we had a difficult time finding a place for anyone else in our party. One person even had to drive home after the wedding because there was not anywhere to park, even after she looked for half an hour.

Amazing place and view

The pictures on the site were accurate and showed exactly what we reserved.. But the Views were even more amazing from the outdoor sitting area. Absolutely stunning. We ate dinner and watched the sunset each night well into the evening!!!

Amazing Place to Stay!

We loved our long weekend at this property! It is in a great location and easy to get to different places around the city. We were impressed with all the extra amenities! The rooftop is such a nice place to be and has a great view! We highly recommend this place!

Great Stay and location

Parking is the only negative. Everything else was excellent and only due to the neighbor parking over the lines. However, having a designated parking spot was a huge benefit in that area.

A Wonderful Stay with Spectacular Views - Perfect Townhouse in Eastlake!

I recently had a fantastic experience at this townhouse in Eastlake. The location was superb, providing convenient access to downtown and boasting a vibrant neighborhood atmosphere. The true highlight of the stay was the awe-inspiring views from the roof deck, offering an incredible panorama of the city skyline and picturesque Lake Union. The townhouse itself was exactly as described, well-stocked, and exquisitely furnished. The hosts were outstanding in their communication and attentiveness throughout our stay and after! One thing to note is that the property may not be suitable for families with young children due to the presence of numerous stairs. However, for adults or older children, this townhouse is an absolute gem. I would wholeheartedly recommend it and would undoubtedly choose to return for another memorable stay in Seattle.
