This 1929 house in the Central District has recently been remodeled with new floors and walls, and a new kitchen and an extra half bathroom upstairs. Perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids. Have coffee on the back deck. Hop the First Hill streetcar down to the International District and Pioneer Square, or over to Broadway on Capitol Hill. Take the buses to anywhere in Seattle. Walk to Pratt Park and Broadcast Coffee.

Charming house, loved the decor. Location was perfect. Unfortunately we visited during a heat wave and the house was very warm and made sleeping upstairs uncomfortable. Also wished there was a tv for down time. However we had a great time playing games and enjoyed our stay.

Our time at Christa’s rental was even better than we could have imagined. The location was perfect for catching the bus into the city and getting to a few local stores and restaurants by foot! It was also a great, comfortable place to come back to relax and cook family dinners after a day of exploring. The home itself was incredibly spacious with all of the amenities we could have ever desired. We made magical memories and are forever grateful to Christa for being such a gracious host. We hope to come back and stay again in March! :‱)

Had a lovely time staying here! The house is very charming and a great location for us as we were dropping our kid off at Seattle U. The house has everything you'd need. Thanks for the coffee! :) Neighborhood is quiet and street parking wasn't an issue. Also Christa is a very responsive host when I had questions. Would definitely rent this place again.

Properly was nice, only thing there were no TVs. Other then that it was an amazing property close to downtown Seattle. Parking was a little tricky at first but after the first night we figured it out. Christa was so helpful and answered all questions right away.

Christa was a very responsive and helpful host, letting us leave our luggage at the house early so we didn’t have to lug it around for hours! Location of home is not ideal if you’re looking to be surrounded by shops, restaurants etc but we just Ubered wherever we went. It also allowed us to find a couple of wonderful restaurants, coffee shops and other activities away from the downtown district.

Amazing charm, wonderful host, beautiful, and very comfortable. Easy to access Seattle, and a quiet neighborhood. The shower is wonderful, the rooms spacious and comfy, and all the comforts of a home. Great host, great stay!

Planning for a Seattle trip, We looked at hotels close to the train and other properties close to downtown, but this property came up, and we were excited to see it was available to us. This is our first VRBO, and the platform was good. I will admit that I didn't check the amenities very well, and thought it had A/C. It doesn't, but other than the first day, the weather was great for the middle of summer. The property is close to bus transportation, so we never rented a car. Seattle is a wonderful place to play, and this property is a nice place to spend time with the family. Another plus for the property is it has no TV's, but it does have excellent WiFi. We hope that the property will be available when we come visit Seattle in the future!

This place was just the perfect perfect place for us. Walking distance to downtown, area quiet and seemed safe. Host super fast to communicate with us, and was kind to let us have an early check in and late check out:)). Definitely would come back here!!

Our band played a show in Seattle as the last stop on our tour, and this was the perfect place for us to relax, each have our own space, and get a couple of good nights’ rest. The property was beautiful, clean, and well stocked with the essentials. Christa was responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place!

The house was clean and well put together. The host provided a directory with stores and restaurants nearby within walking distance, and the house is located in a really convenient part of town. The only downside is the street parking. We didn't have any issues, but it could be a potential issue during a prolonged stay. The host, however, includes a map showing non restricted parking in the surrounding area that is helpful.

Even though there was a mix up the property manager came out immediately and had the house ready in minimal time. Great experience. Great place to operate out of for the Seattle experience.

A Must Book!!!

My friends and I had an absolutely amazing time at this beautiful home! From start to finish, our host was incredibly gracious, providing excellent communication and ensuring everything went smoothly. The house itself was stunning—immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The attention to detail made our stay feel so special. Our host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, always quick to respond to any questions and offering helpful suggestions for the area. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we can’t wait to return! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

Urban Cutie

While located in a neighborhood, it is urban with associated urban sounds and sights. If you're a light sleeper you might benefit from earplugs. Very clean, roomy and cozy house with all the amenities needed for a self-sufficient, comfortable stay. Terrific coffee pod selection. Your host, Christa, is very responsive; check-in was a breeze. It's convenient to public transportation and also not too long of a walk to downtown tourist areas. Lime scooters and e-bikes were never far away which was another fun way to get around. I would stay again.
