The space
This cozy room is located in Seattle's residential neighborhood with quiet streets one block from the bus line terminal that goes straight to downtown Seattle. Away from busy downtown on a quiet street. Meanwhile, attractions are within easy reach. Perfect for business travelers, tourists and couples.

The room is totally separated by an internal wall from the rest of the house in a beautiful home in Ballard. Enjoy your own private entrance with self check-in from the yard. You will have complete privacy inside the guest suite.

The room includes one king-size bed that will have you sleep like a champion and a full bath with a bathtub. This room can comfortably fit 1-2 people for 1-3 nights.

As you enter the gated side entry, you’ll find a patio with lounge chairs and table. The patio area is perfect for a quiet morning to enjoy a warm cup of coffee or read. It’s also great for evening drinks and a meal. A large shared backyard with lounge chairs and tables are available next to the patio, to create a memorable stay for our guests.

When you enter the room, there are no stairs inside or out, and you walk into a south facing room with 4 windows filled with natural lighting. You can snuggle into the king-size bed as you login and watch your favorite movies and shows on smart TV.

No kitchen access, but no problem - coffee maker, freezer/refrigerator combo, microwave and electric kettle await your arrival.

If you’re on a work vacation, you’ll have the perfect accommodations to meet your needs. Our space is equipped with fast (100 Mbps) Wi-Fi network extending throughout the room. A desk and 2 chairs are also located within the room.

The room is located on a quiet street close to hiking trails to the waterfront Carkeek park, the most vibrant Ballard bars and restaurants and walkable to grocery store, cafe and pizza.

10 min drive to the heart of the most vibrant and walkable Ballard, bars, restaurants, night life, Golden Garden Beach.
15 min drive to the Woodland Park Zoo.
15 min drive to Northgate light rail station that goes straight to the airport.
20 min drive to University of Washington.
25 min drive to Lumen Field Seahawks games
25 min drive to the heart of Seattle Downtown, Space Needle, Chihuly Garden and Glass, Aquarium, Pike Market.

It’s highly recommended to rent a car if seeking to explore areas outside of Ballard.

- The door to the rest of the house will remain locked.
- The rest of the house is not available to guests.
- The cooling and heating are centrally controlled through a wall mount remote in the main house. Please feel free to message me and I would be happy to adjust for you.
- For tall guests, note the ceilings are: 7.4 ft / 2.26m.
- You might or might not see us throughout your stay, but If you need anything, we are just a text message away.
