The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with cookware, silverware, servingware, spices, coffee & tea for all your cooking needs. All beds are outfitted with high-quality mattresses and linens.

- This is a single-family with a basement home with two separate units/entrances (upper-level unit A and lower-level unit B).
- This listing is for UPPER LEVEL ONLY, with the front yard. It does NOT include the lower level or the backyard. The two rentals each have their own private entrance and do not share amenities EXCEPT the laundry.

There are 3 listings for this home - you can either rent each house separately or rent them together.
- Upper level: Living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms (Queen beds), 1 bathroom, office, laundry (in the garage)
- Lower level: Living room, dining space, kitchen, 2 bedrooms (Full-size beds), 1 bathroom, office. Two sofa beds are available in this unit.

- Maintenance: Vendors (e.g. landscapers) may stop by to conduct work on exterior spaces. They will not be allowed in the home without guests’ prior permission.

**About Fees & Pricing**
- We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.
- Pets: Well-trained pets are welcome at $25 PER NIGHT (maximum of 2 pets only). Please let us know if you’ll be bringing your pet. Please note that we strictly do not allow pets on furniture, including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Excessive pet hair/mess found on furniture and linens resulting in extra cleaning effort will be charged accordingly. Please do not leave pets unattended inside or outside. Please bring poop bags and dispose of your pet’s waste in outdoor bins. The pet fee will be charged after the booking is confirmed.

**House Rules**
- Strictly NO parties and events ($500 fine)
- Quiet hours between 10 PM - 8 AM
- No smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property
- No shoes in the home. Please kindly remove your shoes while entering our house. We appreciate that you are taking care of our house!
