This single family house lives large with 3 bedrooms, a big fully fenced back yard and comfortably sleeps up to six.

Work and Play

Our family spent eight nights in this home. My husband worked during the week from the house. He was happy with the office setup in the den and the wifi. The house was clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities including a Nespresso machine for morning coffee and a tea kettle with a nice variety of tea bags. It was warm on our first night and the wall units cooled our rooms nicely. It is in a quiet neighborhood with a park nearby where we took a nice evening stroll. The easy check-out process (lock all doors and windows) was much appreciated, since we left about 5AM.

Perfect location for our stay!

We had a wedding at Bellevue house and we could walk there! Also have a playground so close and walkable was amazing. There were lots of kid friendly things available which was perfect (toys, high chair, pack and play, etc)!

Good location, nice property, great host!

My husband and I stayed here for a week. The house is in a nice neighborhood and is very comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped. During our stay, there was a problem with the furnace, and Cosmin was very proactive and made sure we were comfortable with space heaters, and then had an HVAC technician out the next day to fix it. I highly recommend this property, and we look forward to staying here when we are in the area again.

Amazing Rental!!

We had an amazing time staying at Cosmin’s place! The home was very easy to check in to and was very clean. We were greeted by a delicious bowl of chocolates which was a nice bonus. We initially picked this place because of the wonderful amenities for families with young children. They had an amazing toy room which my kids loved, a pack and play, high chair, bathroom stools and kids utensils. The beds were comfortable and everything was well stocked. There were amazing video games and plenty of TVs in every room- it was really great for our family. We had to make some reservation adjustments and needed to extend our stay and Cosmin was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was so accommodating, quick to respond and kind. We were blown away with how much we enjoyed staying here and how nice the accommodations are. If you are traveling with a family, especially young kids- this place is perfect!! Could not recommend Cosmin’s place enough!

Loved this property

This house is in an extremely friendly neighborhood with plenty of parks and trails to explore. The house and lawn are kept in immaculate condition and has all of the kitchen supplies you could ask for plus some! The host is amazing and easy to get ahold of if you need anything at all. This is an amazing find if you are needing to stay in the area.

Great great great property!

We had such a great stay! This property had all the comforts of home. We were here for a week and had everything we could possibly need and there was nothing in the house that wasn’t in perfect working condition. The workspace was such a huge bonus and was perfect for being able to work remotely (the internet worked great). The monitor was good size and it was easy to connect my laptop (along with the available mouse and keyboard). Cosmin was always quick to respond and even checked in partway through the week to make sure we didn’t need anything. She made the checkout process simple and really less work than anywhere else we’ve ever stayed. The area of this property felt very safe on a quiet street and was close to restaurants and shopping. It was just my husband and I but there were toys, games, and even a high chairs for those with kids. There was a lot of space for families. I HIGHLY recommend staying here. I felt like the accommodations and level of attentiveness were unprecedented. Thank you for being such a great host!!

Beautiful & clean

Highly recommend staying here! This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. The house was immaculately clean and very well provisioned. The kitchen is well stocked and there’s a great work from home setup complete with monitor, keyboard and mouse. Backyard is lovely as well. The host, Cosmin, was accommodating and responsive. It’s evident that the host takes pride in this home and wants their guests to feel welcome and comfortable during their stay. We had a great experience.
