The Space:
This unit has a modern open concept layout, perfect for any traveler!

Once you enter the long driveway, the front door entrance has a secured smart lock where you can utilize the August App to unlock the door. From there you will get to the main floor walking up the stairs to a large open concept space with high ceilings! You'll enter the natural-lit space with the large kitchen to your left and a dedicated office space to your right.

The corner desk has an ergonomic chair and plenty of space to organize all your remote working needs. The fully equipped kitchen will cater to all your personal chef needs and cuisines! From the kitchen you'll see the dining area to host your entire family to gather for your meals. The large living room has two comfortable leather couches to watch the sunrise, enjoy the lakeviews, stay close to the fireplace, or enjoy streaming services off the LG TV.

From the living room there is access to the outdoor patio where you will have wonderful views of the lake and a propane firepit to keep warm on the cooler days. Back in the house to the bedrooms you'll walk down a hallway to access the 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1, has two twin beds perfect for the kids, Bedroom 2, has a queen bed with USB outlets on the nightlights, Bedroom 3 (master), has a mounted LG TV and a large King Size bed with a master bathroom that has a large tub to unwind in.

The entire unit has central heating to accommodate the winter season! We know you'll have an amazing stay at this Veteran operated unit for your time in the Greater Seattle/Bellevue Area!

Guest Access:
With a long driveway and 3 Car garage, there are plenty of spots to park for you and your family! Getting to Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland is a short drive away 10-30 min depending on the destination. There is a trail park that is less than half a mile away.

The Neighborhood:
If you are looking for a break from the city and want to get back to nature, this is the perfect property for you. You can relax on the porch overlooking the lake. This area is in a remote location close to the lake and the urban environment of Bellevue & Seattle. It is in a great location for time with family!

Getting Around:
There is a trailhead within walking distance from the property to explore the nature park. Other destinations, Seattle, Bellevue, Lake Sammamish, will be a short drive away!

House Rules:
•No shoes inside the property.
•No smoking of ANY KIND in the house. Only permitted outside the house.
•No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays.
•Check-out time is 10am.
•Check-in time is 5pm - 2am (fees apply after 10pm).
•No extra/ overnight guests (have more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number doesn't match we reserve the right to cancel your reservation).
•No mail delivered here (unless personally arranged ahead of time).
•No moving / rearranging of the furniture (unless otherwise specified).
•No unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc.
•No pre-check in bag storage (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee).
•No pets.
•No disrespecting / disturbing neighbors.
•No parking anywhere on property other than assigned spaces we show you.
•No loud noise or music past 10 pm.
•No flirting with the workers.
*We reserve the right to keep your full security deposit if any of the above rules are broken**
