The property is on 3 levels. There is a primary bedroom with a walk-in closet and a king bed on the top floor. The bed is a dream to sleep in and we've got pillows for every kind of sleeper. The closet is equipped with a luggage rack, hangers and even an ironing board. Lush blackout curtains ensure sweet uninterrupted slumber.

There is a guest bedroom with a canopy queen bed and another bathroom on the first floor. Again, luxury bedding and linen all around.

The bathrooms are equipped with luxurious, organic, cruelty-free, vegan hair and body care essentials. This collection combines natural ingredients with indulgent fragrances, delivering a rejuvenating and eco-friendly experience. No stepping on cold floors in this home! Our bathrooms come equipped with floor heating :D

Straddling the two floors of bedrooms is a cozy living and dining space with a chef-worthy kitchen and KitchenAid Stainless Steel appliances. Check out our combination air-fryer and microwave if you get a chance! For those large groups, we've got (arguably) the best sofa bed money can buy! A 65-inch 4K UHD TV and a PlayStation too for those quiet nights in.

There is also a roof-top deck that boasts of great views of Magnolia and the Ballard Marina.

Great kitchen. It was very clean. The views from the roof top patio (the 4th floor) were incredible. There are lots of stairs, and a visitor needs to follow the directions closely in order to find it.

Great location between Queen Anne and Ballard. Great home with 3 floors plus an awesome rooftop deck! Amazing 3 days spent there for our nephews wedding. They even wrote us a lovely note with a chocolate bar.

The apartment is lovely and comfortable and brand new! Easy to find and check in to. Parking was convenient. Kitchen had nearly everything we needed! We really enjoyed our stay and the hosts were very quick with responses when we had a question. Highly recommend!

Return to Seattle

Excellent location for exploring Seattle. It was our return to the area after 5 years, having lived there for 20 years. Much has changed but this property offers a true Seattle experience. Hosts are thoughtful and attentive to ensure everything is in order and they are available should you need them. They gave us an update on parking that made that aspect much easier. Be prepared for stairs - thats true of Seattle wherever you go. You won't regret booking this clean, organized and comfortable property.

The property was fantastic. Exactly as described, brand new, very well appointed with all the things you would need for a comfortable stay. The labeling of all light switches, drawers and cabinets was super helpful for finding things quickly. Our family of 5 was comfortable in the house including a teenager on the foldout sofa bed (described as the best she had ever slept on). Sunset on the rooftop was an added bonus (don’t be startled by the neighbors dog :). Location on the bus line made getting into downtown very easy. Hosts were very responsive and made suggestions/recommendations when asked. Overall we highly recommend this property.

Lovely, Calm, Great View

What a lovely stay! This home has a calm and relaxing vibe. We were instantly at ease once we checked in. And the view on the roof was the icing on the cake. It was perfect for enjoying our morning coffee, evening wine, or just to take in the view. Be prepared for lots of stairs!

The property itself,once you are inside, is very well done. However, there is no way to get to the property without a great number of outside steps. The parking is at a completely different building basically 2 streets up. It was hard to find, and carrying luggage down a long staircase, across an alley, and then down more stairs was incredibly difficult. You can park on the street below the unit and walk up, which is a bit closer, though still stairs. Sometimes the parking was blocked off however with no parking signs while we were there. We did arrive in the evening and it was hard to find the parking space in the dark. The basement bedroom does not have air conditioning. It would be great if they upgraded to a AC unit like the other bedroom and living spaces as it got incredibly hot. It would also be nice to have a TV in the master as it is wired for it. The hosts were very nice and left popcorn and chocolates. They also checked in many times during our stay. The property was not a very long drive from the things we did and there are both grocery and coffee shops a few blocks away. The kitchen was well appointed. Nice dining area. This property however would be extremely difficult for people not able to walk a ton of stairs or with small kids with strollers.

Beautiful, Central, Peaceful!

We just stayed at this property over my daughter's spring break and had a wonderful experience. The home was clean, beautiful, well-decorated and well-equipped for the five of us. The home itself is quite cozy with lots of light and a wonderful view of the adjacent hills/residential area. The location itself is very central, making it quite easy to get just about anywhere you need to be. There was ample street parking aside from the designated, reserved space provided. As someone who prefers to cook, I was a big fan of the kitchen, which was well-equipped and, in a brilliant stroke of thoughtful genius, had plenty of children's utensils/implements (THANK YOU). Both upstairs and downstairs bathrooms were roomy and lovely. The upstairs, master bathroom was fantastic. The waterfall shower was so comfortable and relaxing after a long day of walking around and tiring myself out. Incredible. As for the owners themselves, Priyanka and Nithya were wonderfully hospitable and incredibly communicative. Any questions were quickly addressed. It felt like a very modern bed and breakfast, honestly. The rooftop terrace was a beautiful place to split a bottle of wine with a couple others and watch the sun go down. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and anyone with business in the downtown area would be foolish not to consider this property. Thank you Priyanka and Nithya for a wonderful stay and some lovely memories!
