This is the second year our women’s group has stayed here and we’re always so pleased with the space it provides, the comfort of the rooms, and how nice the set up is for a large group. Leila is a fabulous host and goes above and beyond to ensure her guests have an enjoyable stay!

Overall great stay. Perfect size for our large family Thanksgiving. Virtually no airport noise and there was easy access to local amenities. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. The downstairs couch is much more comfortable than the upstairs couch, but the projector situation makes tv watching daunting downstairs. There were no checkout instructions provided which caused a bit of anxiety. We did the best we could to tidy up based on prior VRBO experiences. I would bring a large group back to this house.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. All linens and towels were provided, which was very, very helpful. The kitchen knives were actually sharp and useful! Having 2 living rooms for my group to hang out was excellent. The neighborhood was quiet and close to the airport. All 4 bathrooms contained a shower. The host was very responsive beforehand. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. We would very happily stay again.A couple of things that would make the property even better: The backyard was overrun by weeds, so chilling outside wasn't really an option. More towel hooks would have been nice (to accommodate 16 peoples' towels).Notes for others: 1 bathroom upstairs is off of a bedroom, and 1 bathroom downstairs is off of a bedroom, so only 2 toilets are "publicly" available. Also, the top bunk beds are very close to the ceiling.

Large house, exactly what we needed

Easy communication with host! Very flexible with our needs, which was much appreciated. Near a park with a track. Not the fanciest house, old decor, but I recommend staying here if you have a very large group of people and need multiple hang out spaces. Even the bunk beds were very large - either double or queen! The heating system was a little weird. Seemed like the upstairs thermostat controlled the whole house, so the basement was very hot when the heat was running, but got better by closing the bedroom doors. Overall the house is pretty bare bones. You must bring all toiletries, laundry detergent, etc. Not many cleaning supplies available in general. The basement toilet needed plunging at one point and we struggled to find a satisfactory cleaning product to clean the area. Another example is we were missing a remote battery and had no access to extras. Not a deal breaker, just disappointing. Host aware we would have 18 people but cleaners only set out enough towels for 16, and even fewer hot tub towels. Thankfully some women brought their own. No extra kitchen dish towels available (only given one). Only enough dining seating for 10 upstairs & 4 downstairs. Again, we brought extra chairs. Overall a good stay and was exactly what we needed with our very large group. We would stay again. My only feedback to owner would be to give a few extras of everything, especially for larger groups. It goes a long way for guests to have all the things they could possibly need.

The location of the property was very close to the airport. The property is in between two homes that have definitely seen better days. The listing stated it seated 12 for meals, however, that was across three different tables. The kitchen did not have many of the normal utensils you need to make dinner, the knives were old and dull, and the cookware was not sufficient. The bedrooms were one of the positives, and were well situated. The home also needed a good cleaning, while it was basically clean, it definitely needs some TLC. The host was very communicative, and answered all of our questions very quickly.

The property was in a great location so close to the airport and centrally located to everything that we did. The house sleeps so many people and that was wonderful. Things are looking a bit rough in the house. The carpet was very dirty and the inside of the house could be repainted. The tracks of the sliding glass doors is very dirty. Overall, we had a great stay.

Loved our stay

We had 12 family members (all adults) in town for a memorial service in Renton. Family members were flying into and out of the airport at different times, so the property was in a very convenient location. With 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, there was room for everyone. Plus, 3 of the bedrooms were on the main floor, so no stairs to climb for those who needed that feature. The kitchen was easy to work in, so meals went well. There were lots of dishes and bowls, and a good supply of silverware. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

great place to stay

hosted a bachelorette party at this property. everything was as described. owner communicated often with us about our stay and let us check in early to decorate the house prior to our brides arrival. Location was easy to find and close to all of our activities we had planned throughout the weekend. Overall a great place to stay!!

Everything we needed in a great location

Even before our arrival, I knew we were going to have a great stay. Our hosts accommodated a last minute, early arrival for us to allow some of our group an opportunity to settle in before heading off to a Mariners game at Saveco field. For those of us who are left behind, we were pleasantly pleased to find it very easy to get around to the local, shopping centres and restaurants. There ad something for all of us to enjoy nearby. We originally picked this place because of the number of bedrooms. We liked that each room offered different setups, allowing us to accommodate each of us with different needs. For example, I have issues with stairs, so my husband and I took the master bedroom upstairs. It is easily accessible from the front of the house without having to maneuver any stairs and is located on the same level as the kitchen, dining and living room. And the two of our unmarried children were happy to have their own bedroom instead of having to bunk up with our grandchildren. As a side note, if you are travelling in the heat of the summer, the air conditioning keeps up very well in the basement, but for those staying upstairs (the 3 bedrooms hat have 1 queen sized bed in each), you will need to utilize the fans to stay comfortable. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a great vacation near Seattle.

Spacious House Worked Well for Our Group!

The house was surprisingly large and spacious! It worked so well for our large group with all the bathrooms and bedrooms as well as the living spaces. The kitchen was nicely stocked with adequate dishes, etc. for our meals. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Lovely place with lots of room!

We had a group of families staying together for a football tournament nearby. It was a sunny weekend, and the west facing deck was perfect for the adults to visit while our kids played down below. The house was clean and rooms were spacious. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty for our group of 15. If we return for the same tournament in 2025, we will definitely look here first. Thank you.
