Bedroom 2: This bedroom includes a queen-size bed, a closet, and direct access to the backyard, offering a perfect blend of comfort and convenience.
Bathroom Full: Complete with a bathtub, shower, and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Soft towels are also provided for your comfort.

Washer and Dryer: A washing machine and dryer are available for your use.

UPPER FLOOR
Living Room: Upon opening the main door and climbing the stairs, you will access the living room. It is equipped with a TV, a sofa-bed, and a glass door offering a view of the pine trees.

Kitchen With Eating Space: The kitchen embodies modernity with ample natural light streaming in through the windows, enhancing its contemporary ambiance. Complete with all essential utensils, and equipped with a fridge, stove, dishwasher, and microwave, it ensures every culinary need is met with ease and sophistication.

Primary Bedroom: This bedroom features a spacious closet, a queen-size bed, portable A/C, a private balcony with a glass door, and natural light streaming through the windows. Designed for tranquility, it includes blackout curtains for uninterrupted rest, a chest of drawers, fresh linens, a heater, and a closet.

Half Bathroom: Features a sink and toilet.

Full Bathroom: Complete with a bathtub, shower, and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Soft towels are also provided for your comfort.

PARKING: Parking is available in the driveway space directly in front of the garage. Fits one car comfortably.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guest will enjoy exclusive access to the entire home, including the welcoming front porch, providing a private retreat during their stay. Upon booking confirmation, a secure door code will be conveniently sent via email and SMS, akin to accessing a personalized Property Guide, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free arrival experience.

Note: There is an exterior security camera located above the garage facing the street.
