About this space
Enjoy a relaxing shore stay in this 2-bedroom, 1-bath first-floor apartment located in a duplex in Seaside Park, NJ. Just 7 houses from the beach, this unit is a 4 minute walk to the Seaside Heights boardwalk entrance, and 2 minute walk to the ocean. This is ideal for families, as it is located on a quiet residential street.
The apartment includes a sofa bed for additional sleeping space and features smart locks for contactless self check-in. Five beach tags are included.
The space
Amenities include: A/C (window units), Wifi, Smart TV, Keurig coffee maker, washer/dryer, grill, outdoor shower, and 5 beach badges. Dishwasher will be installed by May 1, 2026. Note: children 11 and under do not need a beach badge in Seaside Park.
Our home is a duplex - rent one or both units! Each unit has its own private entrance. The upstairs unit has access through the side staircase (a separate VRBO listing). The downstairs unit (this listing) enters through the front door at ground level.
Living room: Lots of seating in the spacious living room with a sectional couch, plus a smart TV, plenty of board games and books to keep everyone entertained. Couch pulls out to a sofa bed (uses full sized sheets - provided by guest).
Kitchen includes: full sized gas range, microwave, full sized fridge, sink, Keurig coffee maker, electric tea kettle, blender, toaster, pots and pans, bakeware, knife set, cutting boards, dishes, utensils, cooking implements, and kitchen hand towels. Dishwasher will be installed by May 1, 2026.
Dining area: overlooks the backyard and has seating for 6.
Two bedrooms: each with a queen sized bed, plus blankets and pillows included.
**Guests must provide their own linens (sheets/pillow cases, and towels).**
Backyard space: shared with the upstairs unit. Enjoy the outdoor furniture and grill!
Outdoor shower (not enclosed) is located on the side of the house for rinsing off after the beach.
Laundry room: shared with the upstairs unit. Washer/dryer are located on the 1st floor and accessed through a separate side entrance.
Parking: One parking spot in the driveway is included with this rental. Additional free street parking is available on this one-way street, and on nearby streets.

No smoking, vaping, candles, or space heaters inside or on the deck. No large groups, parties, or outside guests. Please observe quiet hours after 10:00 pm and keep music low. No pets. Please follow the trash and recycling schedule posted in the house.
Minimum rental age is 25.

Seaside Park is a very walkable and safe residential neighborhood. You'll be close to the ocean and the bay, along with restaurants, coffee shops, playgrounds, and a convenience store.
Enjoy making memories at the beach on these highly maintained, safe, white sand beaches. In the summer, lifeguards are on duty starting weekends from Memorial Day, and daily beginning the second or third week in June until Labor Day. Beach badges are required to access the beach for everyone 12 and older when lifeguards are on duty.
Take a stroll on the boardwalk - The Seaside Park boardwalk extends 1.5 miles south from our street end, and the Seaside Heights boardwalk extends 1 mile north from the end of our street. You can choose either a lively walk to enjoy the sights, sounds, and tastes the Seaside Heights boardwalk has to offer, or you could head south towards Island Beach State Park for totally different and unique experience.
