Welcome to the freshly renovated Ocean Pearl in Seaside Park, a second floor apartment, ideally located as the 2nd home from the beach and right where the Seaside Heights boardwalk begins. Enjoy the best of both worlds: a quieter beach setting away from the crowds, while still being a short walk from boardwalk attractions, restaurants, rides, and entertainment. Whether you're here for peaceful mornings by the ocean or easy access to the action, this location makes both easy.


Location
Located in Seaside Park, this home offers a rare combination of peace and proximity to the action. You’re just steps from the beach, making it easy to enjoy quiet mornings by the ocean or long days in the sand. At the same time, you’re right near the start of the Seaside Heights boardwalk, so restaurants, rides, arcades, and nightlife are all within easy walking distance. You’re also directly across from Sawmill for lunch or dinner, within walking distance of the famous Blue Cup Coffee, and just around the corner from local favorites like Bella’s Bagels, Captain Hooks, and pizza spots.

Climb the stairs and as soon as you enter the home feels bright, fresh, and welcoming. Whether you're coming back from the beach, getting ready for a night on the boardwalk, or simply relaxing indoors, the home offers an easy, comfortable setting for your stay.

The fully renovated and fully equipped kitchen is designed to make your stay convenient and enjoyable. It’s perfect for everything from quick breakfasts before the beach to elaborate dinners at home. With brand-new finishes and a functional layout, the kitchen makes it easy to cook, gather, and enjoy meals together.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
There are two spacious bedrooms, including one with a large king bed and another with a twin-over-bunk bed that’s perfect for kids. We provide linens, cozy blankets for every bed, and one towel per guest. In the spa-like bathroom, you’ll find high-quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Outdoor space
Enjoy the coastal breeze from your shared fenced patio or front yard, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. For outdoor dining, enjoy meals seated on the comfortable outdoor couches feeling the sea breeze. The kids also have extra space to play.

You will need to climb a set of stairs to reach the home, once you're inside the home, everything is on the same level.

You will have access to your 2nd floor unit, a front lawn seating area exclusive for your use and a shared patio. You will also have off street parking for 1 car.

• We provide a starter pack of paper products
• Parking: 1 car (a $200+ value for weekly stays). Huge perk, as finding parking during summer is challenging or you must pay exorbitant fees at parking lots
• All televisions are Smart TVs; you can log in with your own accounts to continue what you were watching at home

Pet Policy:
We allow 1 small non-shedding dog with a nominal pet fee.

Guest Requirements
Per Seaside Ordinance #179 & 55-3, the primary guest must be at least 25 years old and staying on-site during the rental period. We kindly ask that the names, ages, and addresses of all guests be shared prior to check-in. For groups including guests under 21, the Borough of Seaside Heights requires signed consent forms from a parent or guardian.

To maintain a quiet and respectful environment, outside visitors are not permitted. Groups made up entirely of guests under 21, or those exceeding the number of registered guests, may be unable to check in.

Subleasing & Third-Party Bookings
For security and peace of mind, subleasing or transferring your reservation to another party is not allowed. No 3rd party booking, the booking person must stay through the reservation
