OCEANFRONT - Belle copropriĂ©tĂ© au troisiĂšme Ă©tage, avec un accĂšs facile Ă  la plage et une vue imprenable sur l'ocĂ©an! Le patio surplombe la cĂ©lĂšbre Promenade et Ă  quelques pas du chemin de la plage, ce condominium est parfait pour une escapade Ă  la plage. Les restaurants et les magasins sont Ă  2 pĂątĂ©s de maisons au nord, et bien sĂ»r la plage; quelques pas tout droit. Chambre a un lit King, tĂ©lĂ©vision par cĂąble et salle de bain principale a un combo baignoire / douche. La deuxiĂšme salle de bain est commune au hall. Le salon a un lit Queen Murphy, une grande tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat / DVD. La cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e et comprend un lave-vaisselle. Mobilier d'extĂ©rieur pour votre plaisir sur la terrasse pour admirer les magnifiques couchers de soleil. Laveuse et sĂ©cheuse sur place disponibles pour les clients. Parking pour 2 vĂ©hicules. Place was overall pretty nice. It had everything we needed including beach toys for my child. The views were amazing. The only thing I really have to complain about is it smelled like walking into your grandparents house that smoke inside. There might not be smoking allowed now, but they're definitely was before. And that smell doesn't go away.

I was very pleased with this vacation rental. Great location, fantastic view of the ocean and is close to the main street of Broadway where the majority of the restaurants and shops are located. The building felt very safe, has an elevator that works really well and was reasonably quiet. This particular condo is a bit older but the furniture is comfortable and the TV's are great :)

Older well maintained, super clean condo with lots of space. Excellent location and view. Comfortable mattresses on both the king size bed and the murphy bed in the living room. The deck was larger than most and looked out to the ocean and down to the promenade. I would come book it again!

Stunning view and incredibly comfortable bed. Absolutely my favorite location we have ever stayed in Seaside because of the balcony views and ease of access to the beach. The kitchen is also so spacious and has lots of pots and pans. Hosts had wonderful communication and very quick response time over the phone. Very close to downtown and all the shops and restaurants, we never needed our car. Just one short walk on the promenade and you’re there. I suggest you get groceries before you check in because you won’t want to leave!

My husband caught his limit clamming directly across the beach from here. Shopping is 2 blocks away. Restaurants too. We felt right at home in this condo. Very comfortable and super clean. Well stocked kitchen! Two full bathrooms! And not to forget - THE VIEW! We loved this condo.

Great Experience

The interiors of this unit may have been dated and a little worn, but once I saw that view in person I couldn't even begin to care. The unit was well outfitted with a fully stocked kitchen, great towels, comfortable beds, and even items for use on the beach. The family upstairs had some runners, but noise is expected when you're not on the top floor and, also, just look out the window and you'll forget all about it. The location is a convenient walk to everything except a grocery store, but that's just a five minute drive away.Most importantly, the staff are amazing. When we first arrived we had an issue with our rental car. It was late on a weekday evening and I was at a loss for what to do, I called the after hours line, and the property manager went out of her way to help me troubleshoot over the phone while her husband drove over to take a look. He figured out the issue right away and saved our vacation. Can't praise them highly enough!

Wonderful Views withing Walking Distance

The property was very clean and inviting when we arrived, the views are fantastic. Fully stocked kitchen made it easy to cook meals. Being so close to the main strip was nice that we could park the car and walk. We had a small issue with the door code but the property manager was quick and very nice. This is our second time staying and we would come back in a hearbeat.

Great location, near all the fun in Seaside

We stayed for a quick family getaway. The condo was clean and had kitchen supplies and beach supplies readily available. We were close to the beach and town center. The checkin and checkout was easy and the property was exactly as listed. The sliding screen door to the balcony could use a little grease, it sticks.

Amazing location and view

I wish I could give 4.5 stars as that is my real rating. Only negative for me was check-in process was a little hectic as I wasnt able/didnt receive the check-in instructions via email , had to call customer service but it all worked out. Other than that , great location , comfy beds, clean place, and can’t beat the view over a morning cup of coffee. Our upstairs neighbors sounded like they were playing basketball with how loud some of the thumps were , but we weren’t in the room that much to let it bother us. Overall really good place !!
