Steps to the boardwalk and beach! Perfect for a family vacation.

PERFECT LOCATION! Escape to Serendipity which is just across the street from the boardwalk and beach. After a day in the sun, rinse off in the outdoor shower before entering into our spacious 4 level condo with an open floor design.

First level will present you with a large living room / dining/ full kitchen with bar seating. This room glows with natural light from a full two story wall of windows. A half bath sits just off the dining area.

On the second level you will find a 2nd family room with a large couch, tv and wet bar. More illuminating light from the three skylights in the vaulted ceilings!

Another half set of steps brings you to your third level that hosts the master suite. Enter into this oversized master suit that has a queen bed and sitting area with a love seat and tv. The suite includes a large master bathroom with a double sink and walk in shower. Wouldn't be a master without a large walk in closet!

Last but certainly not least, the 4th level has two bedrooms with a slice of an ocean view! One bedroom has two full beds while the other has two queens. Each room has a balcony where you can enjoy the sites and sounds of Seaside Heights Beach. On this last level is another full bathroom with a walk in shower.

In addition, every room has a smart TV and there is a two car garage within this gated community. The condo is beautifully furnished and has hardwood floors throughout.

We include:
- 8 Beach Badges
- 8 Beach Towels
- 8 Beach Chairs
- Internet and smart tv's in each room

We do not supply linens or bath towels but can be delivered for an additional fee
We rent to those that are 25 and over, renter must be on premises

Close to EVERYTHING and then some!

In August 2024, our family spent one week in this impressive townhouse. Pics do not do it justice! From the ground floor shower to the breath-taking views up top, my family was in awe and comfort. We enjoyed the fireworks one magical evening from our private balcony. The townhouse is very clean and spacious, with tasteful decor. There are three bathrooms, multiple showers and so much room to spread out! The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking and a Keurig machine for coffee is provided. (Bring your K-cups!) My kids found the toys in the garage handy, like the 2 boogie boards and shovels. We all appreciated the chairs, umbrella and not having to pack heavy beach towels. We also liked the full size washer and dryer conveniently located in the family/tv room. Though we started off with a couple of hiccups, Christine was very responsive and she was readily available to handle our concerns. I always felt that communication lines were open and clear. Cons: there are stairs so although my family did not mind, it's recommended you are in good shape to handle multiple flights. No bed linens, gotta pack your own sheets. Occasional noise from boardwalk- no fault of property or owner. If you are steps away from the boardwalk, be open to loud patrons leaving bars. You're a hop, skip away from all the fun so take the good with the bad! If we are ever back at the Jersey shore, we would book this place in a heartbeat!

Beautiful Condo in Incredible Location!

This place was amazing. Three levels of beautifully decorated rooms including two separate living areas! Then you step out of the condo and walk across the road and you're in the heart of the boardwalk and right near several entrances to the beach. The owner was very responsive and even left us a large gift bag with all sorts of goodies in it which was a great way to start off the vacation! We loved our week here!
