Seaside Heights Townhouse (reg ML-25-1957), 4BD and 3.5 bathrooms. Sleeps 8. Incredible rooftop deck with furniture, panoramic views of both the ocean and the bay. Great spot to watch the weekly firework show. Elevator building including up to the rooftop deck (Elevator stops at garage level, first floor, third floor and roof top. Second floor of condo accessible by interior stairs only.)

Kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Includes 8 Seaside Heights beach badges, 6 beach chairs. 2 covered parking spots. Wifi. One and a half blocks to everything you could need: beach, boardwalk, restaurants, amusements, nightlife and everything else the Jersey Shore has to offer. Perfect beach getaway for extended families or groups of friends. No pets! No prom parties. Primary occupant must be 25 years old or older.

Welcome to Your Seaside Heights Getaway!
We are thrilled to have you as our guests in our condominium in Seaside Heights, NJ. To ensure you have a memorable and enjoyable stay, please take a moment to read through these important notes and guidelines. If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to reach out to us.
1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is at 4:00 PM, and check-out time is at 10:00 AM. Please adhere to these times to allow our cleaning team to prepare the condo for the next guests.
Early check-ins or late check-outs may be accommodated upon request, subject to availability.
2. Key and Access Instructions:
Prior to your arrival, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to access the condominium. Please ensure you have this information handy.
3. Condo Guidelines:
NO smoking/vaping is permitted inside the condominium.
Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM - 8:00 AM).
Pets are not allowed in the condominium.
Please avoid rearranging furniture or moving large items within the condo.
Take care to maintain cleanliness throughout your stay. Kindly tidy up after yourself and dispose of any trash and recycling in the designated bins.
4. Amenities and Utilities:
The condominium is equipped with essential amenities, including free Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, heating, and tvs with streaming services only through FireTV/Firesticks. Instructions for accessing and operating these amenities will be provided upon your arrival.
The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, cookware, and utensils. Feel free to use them for preparing meals during your stay.
Towels, linens, and basic toiletries are provided. Please refrain from using the towels for the beach; bring your own beach towels.
5. Parking:
Two parking spaces are provided for your convenience. Please park only in the designated area assigned to our condo. Additional parking may be available nearby, but please adhere to local parking regulations to avoid any fines or towing.
6. Safety and Security:
Your safety is important to us. Please ensure that all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the condo.
There are newly installed security cameras at the entry doors.
Familiarize yourself with the condo's emergency procedures and evacuation routes.
7. Local Information:
Seaside Heights offers a wealth of attractions and activities. Explore the beautiful beaches, enjoy the boardwalk amusements, and indulge in the local cuisine.
We have compiled a list of recommended restaurants, nearby grocery stores, and popular local attractions in the guest manual. Feel free to refer to it for ideas on how to make the most of your stay.

This property catered to my group of 8 perfectly. It was a 2-3 block straight walk to the beach and boardwalk. Tons of food and fun things around. It was clean and the owners were responsive when we contacted them. My only complaint is that the townhouse only comes with 2 parking spaces. Be prepared to pay big money to park on the street or in a near by lot. Many of them don’t have overnight parking, so definitely carpool if possible for larger groups. Otherwise, a great stay. We would rent again.

We (4 adults and 4 teenagers) had an amazing one week stay! The set up is perfect for spending time together, or for quiet time alone. The roof deck was a nice treat in the evenings at the end of long, hot beach days. The condo was very clean and the furniture is comfortable.

If we could give more than five stars we would. The property was impeccably clean when we arrived and in great condition. The spaces were very comfortable and perfect for our family with lots of space and comfort. The rooftop deck was a great extra amenity with great views of the area. The property is in a great location near the beach and boardwalk; we were easily able to walk everywhere on our trip. The hosts were very communicative, helpful, and provided all of the information we needed in advance.

Excellent Stay and Ideal Location Close to Beach. No need to drive

Highly recommend this location for accuracy of description, size of rooms, cleanliness, roof top views, modern appliances and overall ideal stay for large family. Rooms offer generous space. Brian and Kathy are perfect hosts. They responded in minutes and went out of their way to be helpful. We will be back!

Beautiful clean place near the boardwalk and beach

We had a great time here and loved how clean and modern this place was. The rooftop deck was amazing. I was even able to get my son who is in a wheelchair up there. It was alittle tight but doable with help from 2 people. I just wanted to mention that for anyone in a wheelchair. There are a lot of steps on the inside but having the elevator to get from floor to floor was very helpful. And only a short walk to the beach/boardwalk. FYI for anyone staying who has a wheelchair F street beach is only a short 5 minute drive from this place and you can get a wheelchair right onto the sand but it is a different price since it’s seaside park not seaside heights so the beach tags included are only for seaside heights beach. Overall we had a great stay, the place was beautiful and clean, we would definitely stay again!

Great condo

From the moment we booked, the owners were very helpful and responded promptly to any questions we had. The condo offers a great space with the ability for privacy for large parties. We had a large family with a group of teens and never during our stay did it seem crowded. Location is perfect on southern end of boardwalk. I highly recommend this property!!
