It was exactly as advertised and we had a great stay. Unfortunately we left early bc the tropical storm that rolled in. Would recommend this place for anyone who wants easy access to the beach and boardwalk. It was clean and very spacious.

Beautiful condo in a wonderful location. Literally steps to the beach. Also one of the only listings that had multiple queen beds and multiple bathrooms which was great for multiple families. Everything was clean. It is up 2 flights of stairs, so keep that in mind while booking. Also restaurant on the corner was super loud at night but our air conditioner blocked out the noise in our room without a problem. Overall a great trip and would stay here again.

Perfect for a family get together at the shore. We had a great time! So close to the boardwalk and beach! Even when we had some rain on Saturday afternoon the covered front porch was the perfect place to relax and see a rainbow.

Seaside stay

We came here for a sailing regatta. Property is in a great location. Off street parking and easy walk to the boardwalk for some entertainment. Would stay here again.

When we arrived, the property was not cleaned. I contacted the host, Jim, and he said a cleaning crew would be over within the hour. He apologized and told me he would not charge me for the cleaning fee. He never reimbursed me the fee. The location was great, having the beach equipment & badges was really nice. The property needs a little TLC: the tub drain was clogged, screen door screen was ripped & was hard to open & close, the upstairs deck had missing pillows on the furniture, there were some soft spots on the roof deck floor that you had to be careful of when you walked around. My biggest disappointment was he did not follow through on his word of reimbursement, even after contacting him twice.

So close to the beach and boardwalk

We really enjoyed our stay and got to most out of our short family vacation. Having 3 full baths made all family members happy. The host keeps the premises very clean. The place is in a very active area. If you are a light sleeper, bring a sound machine. On the weekend, the DJ at the restaurant across the street is very popular and it brings large crowd. We will certainly go back.

Awesome views!

The house was perfect!!! Close to beach and boardwalk. Owner James was super nice. If I had a question he responded right away. Awesome sunrise views and sunset views from rooftop deck. Definitely recommend this home.

Love the beach!

The size of the apt worked out perfectly for us. The whole place was big enough for 5 adults.... very clean, great kitchen and bathrooms were nice. My daughter, who had to work, had her own separate space upstairs so no one interrupted her.The upstairs deck was awesome, and we were steps away from the boardwalk and beach! Which ironically was also the drawback. Being that close to the boardwalk, was quite noisy at night and early mornings (as crews/maintenance/ deliveries... all happened in the morning). I would stay in Seaside again, but maybe further down the beach away from the pier attractions.

Lovely beach house

This property was lovely, location to the beach and boardwalk is great as is the rooftop balcony. The ease of getting to the beach with the chairs provide made the beach vacation so stress free and relaxing. Loved being able to go for a jog on the boardwalk and then have coffee on the rooftop prior to spending the day at the beach. The boardwalk being so close we could leave the car parked and enjoy the evening and night without having to drive anywhere.

Long weekend

Great condo; clean with plenty of room & a great location. So close to everything, beach, broadwalk, stores, restaurants, etc, which is great but can be a "lively" atomsphere even into the early morning hours. Definitely worth it, though. Must climb stairs, since condo is on 3rd floor but the view is worth it.

A Fantastic Location for Beach Fun

This property is so close to the beach and places to eat. Great walking on the boardwalk, fantastic balconies to sit and chill and beautiful light in the bedrooms. The house is comfortable and has everything you need. We had one issue with an appliance and the property team quickly organized an alternative solution and had someone there to fix quickly. If you have a young family, weekends are probably not the dates you want to be here as there is a bar with loud music until 2am across the street. During the weekdays we were there, not the case. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and appreciated the property management team and their responsiveness, in addition, the pictures of the property are spot on!

End of Summer stay

I was very satisfied with the property we rented. I parked my car and never moved it until I left, everything was right there to walk to. The rental came equipped with all the linens, dishes, pots and utensils needed. The washer and dryer right in the unit enabled me to pack light, there was very little I had to bring myself other than personal toiletries and the food and snacks I wanted to take. I loved the ease of walking out the door and right up onto the beach, with a 2 1/2 year old grandson, it was a blessing not having to pack up a car. We all had a great time.

Great location

We just finished staying at this property and it was great. Can’t beat the location as it is steps from the beach and boardwalk. The kids had a great time and the rooftop deck was a great place for the adults to unwind after a long day. I do recommend bringing white noise if you are a light sleeper as the Beach Comber across the street is loud. However, it also presents a wonderful opportunity to people watch. Jim was attentive with responding and the place was incredibly clean. I would recommend not moving your car after you get there because people who aren’t living there will readily take what they perceive is a “free spot” even though the spots are well marked. It didn’t happen to us, but we saw it happen to other units in the condo. All in all it was a great stay! I would highly recommend.

Beautiful home with a great location

The home was beautiful and very clean. We had everything we needed for our stay. The property owner was in contact with us through out our stay which was very reassuring when we needed questions answered. The location is awesome. Just steps away from the boardwalk. So much fun.
